Die meisten Fachkräfte aus dem Bereich der Drogenprävention wissen, dass die Ansage: „Nehmt keine Drogen, weil sie illegal und ungesund sind“, die Menschen nicht vom Konsum abhält. Die Kunst ist hier, Konsum-Strategien zu vermitteln und bei Drogenmissbrauch individuelle Schadensbegrenzung vorzunehmen, etwa in Form von Safer Use. CORONA Testzentrum der MediosApotheke im Hackesche Höfe Kino Die MediosApotheke hatte schon seit längerer Zeit nach Räumlichkeiten gesucht, um dem Wunsch vieler Kunden nach der Möglichkeit einer kostenlosen Testung auf Sars- COV-2 zu entsprechen. Die Entscheidung fiel dann schnell, als Gerhard Groß, der Inhaber der Hackesche Höfe Kinos anfragte, ob man nicht gemeinsam ein Testzentrum einrichten wolle. Gerhard wollte nicht mehr untätig sein, seinen Teil zur Hilfe in der Pandemiezeit beitragen und so konnte durch die gemeinsame Arbeit der Kinomitarbeiter*innen und der Mitarbeiter*innen der MediosApotheke die Idee kurzfristig verwirklicht werden. Der großzügige Eingangsbereich des Kinos und der lange, breite Flur boten den idealen Rahmen, um die Testkabinen aufzustellen, in denen die Abstriche, die Auswertung und die Befundübermittlung vom eigens dafür geschulten Personal durchgeführt werden. Die Probenentnahme erfolgt durch einen vorderen Nasenabstrich mittels eines dünnen Wattestäbchens und dessen anschließende Extraktion in einer chemischen Pufferlösung in einem Testreaktionsröhrchen. Durch das Aufträufeln einer bestimmten Tropfenanzahl einer Probenextraktionspufferlösung auf das Probenloch der Testkassette kann dann das Ergebnis angezeigt werden. Durch die Möglichkeit, das Kino durch einen Ein- und Ausgang betreten zu können, konnte ein Einbahnstraßen-Prinzip gestaltet werden. Ein Zusammen- oder Schlange-Stehen kann durch die geschickte Terminvereinbarung mit den Testteilnehmern verhindert werden. Die Teilnahme erfolgt durch die einfache Buchung auf der Webseite der MediosApotheke oder der Hackesche Höfe Kino, wo der gewünschte Zeitpunkt der Testung gewählt werden kann. Eine Bestätigungsmail mit einem QR-Code wird dann zugesendet. Diesen bringt man dann zur Testung mit, wird registriert und gleich in die Testkabine gerufen, wo der Abstrich im vorderen Nasenbereich erfolgt. Dann verlässt man das Kino über den Hinterausgang und so dauert der gesamte Aufenthalt im Testzentrum nur wenige Minuten. Das Testergebnis wird innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten per Mail zugeschickt. Falls es zu einem positiven Ergebnis kommt, wird zusätzlich auf eine Bestätigung durch einen PCR-Test hingewiesen, auch wo dieser durchgeführt werden kann. Die Bitte, sich in Quarantäne zu begeben, und die Weiterleitung an das Gesundheitsamt erfolgt dann ebenfalls. Seit dem Start des Testzentrums sind mehr als 4000 Schnelltests durchgeführt worden, das Team ist auf 13 Kinomitarbeiter*innen und 23 Mitarbeiter*innen der MediosApotheke angewachsen und die Nachfrage ist weiterhin ungebrochen. The possibility of a separate entrance and exit made it possible to create a one-way street principle. Standing together or in a queue can be prevented by arranging appointments. You can easily book an appointment on the website of the MediosApotheke or of the cinema, where the desired time of the test can be selected. You will then receive a confirmation email with a QR code, which you need to present upon arrival. Then you will be registered and immediately called into the test booth. After leaving the cinema via the back exit, the entire stay in the test center only takes a few minutes. The test result will be sent by email within 20-30 minutes. In the case of a positive result, you should confirm this with a PCR test and you will be provided with information about where and how to carry this out. You will also be requested to quarantine and the health department will be alerted about the test result. Since the start of the test center, more than 4,000 rapid tests have been carried out. The team has grown to 13 cinema employees and 23 employees of the MediosApotheke, with demand continuing unabatedly.
