sections. Section one: description statements, section two: statements performing initial data
entry, section three: statements performing calculation and control, section four: statements
performing recording results of step three. This sequence of the presentation follows the order of
the sections in any Fortran program.The second part is the practice section, where 10 problems
from easy to difficult, from scientific calculations to data management and processing are
discussed in detail. The discussion includes choosing the solution algorithm, drawing its block
diagram and writing a Fortran block diagram-based program that is called the original version of
the solution program. The original version is then dissected from the perspective of: what are the
differences and benefits of using different statements for each of the four sections mentioned
above. This helps the reader to better understand the contents of the first part and also leads to
the creation of a better version of the solution program.With this style of writing, this book is like a
textbook for learning a foreign language with a brief presentation of grammar followed by
conversation situations. Reality proves that learning a foreign language by that method is the
fastest and the best.
