ALPINE WEALTH BETWEEN THE KING AND QUEEN
The Hohe Tauern National park region in Osttirol is located in the middle
of the mightiest mountains in Austria: the Großglockner - at 3798 m the highest
mountain in the Alpine Republic - and the Großvenediger (3.657 m). They are the
King and Queen, and soar above the wonderful high valleys, such as the Virgen
valley, the Isel valley and the Glockner-village of Kals a.G. with its lateral valleys.
Those who love nature and hiking will find this a true paradise - natural monuments
such as the Umbal waterfalls and the Gschlöss valley, the guided tours and
the programme at the Hohe Tauern national park with its rangers, and the Osttirol
Adlerweg with its majestic golden eagles leave nothing to be desired for a holiday.

want to enjoy the panorama of the majestic Tauern instead would be best to take
advantage of the lifts to the Großglockner resort of Kals-Matrei. From the „Adle
Lounge“ you can get up to the Europa panorama path. An ideal family hiking
path, which takes you to the Blauspitz mountain station. Climbing enthusiasts
will find the necessary kick at the Blauspitz climbing path. Talrundweg Kals offers
topics stations and a spectacular suspension bridge. Interesting, panoramic
high-level paths you will also find at the Lasörling Höhenweg , the hiking path to
the Adlerweg or hiking trails with the seal of Tirol – Gletscherweg Innergschlöss,
Venediger Höhenweg, Sudetendeutscher Höhenweg and Gassla Anda Weg in

del Großglockner Resort Kals-Matrei. Dalla „Adler Lounge“ si prende il sentiero
panoramico “Europa Panoramaweg”. Una escursione ideale per le famiglie che
conduce fino alla stazione a monte Blauspitz. Gli amanti delle vie ferrate trovano
la sfida perfetta sulla via ferrata Blauspitz. Attrazione speciale: Percorso didattico
„Talrundweg Kals“ con tavole informative e spettacolare ponte sospeso. Sentieri
d’alta quota molto interessanti e panoramiche sono anche il Lasörling Höhenweg,
