educationforpupils.
REMISSIONS
1.IncomeSupportandFamilyCredit
WheretheparentsofapupilareinreceiptofIncome
SupportorFamilyCredit,theGoverningBodywil
remitinfulthecostofboardandlodgingsforany
residentialactivitythatisorganisedforthepupilifthe
activityisdeemedtotakeplaceduringschoolhouse,
orwhereitisprovidedtofulfiltherequirementsofa
prescribed public examination, the National
Curiculum orstatutorydutiesrelatingtoreligious
education.
2.FamilyHardship
Wheretherearecasesoffamilyhardshipwhichmake
itdificultforparentstoprovidespecialistitemsof
uniform andforpupilstotakepartinparticular
activitiesforwhichachargeismade,theGoverning
Bodymayremitalorpartofthischargeatthe
discretionoftheHeadTeacher.
