Completely tight and flexible – an entirely new sealing dimension
against chippings on milling heads
Absolutamente hermético y flexible al mismo tiempo – una nueva
dimensión en sellado de cabezales de fresado contra virutas volantes
Wo gehobelt (gefräst) wird, da fallen Späne – so
auch bei der spanabhebenden Fertigung.
Beim Fräsvorgang entsteht unweigerlich Späneflug,
was die Arbeitssicherheit stark gefährdet.
Hier bietet das Mink Flex-System ® mit Dichtlippe
zuverlässigen Schutz.
Zum Einen gleichen die flexiblen Fasern Unebenheiten
der Oberflächen wie z. B. Nuten aus, um so den
Arbeitsbereich am Fräskopf zuverlässig abzudichten,
zum Anderen verhindert die angebrachte Dichtlippe
sicher das Herausschleudern von Spänen und
Kleinteilen und steigert zusätzlich die Absaugleistung
der Anlage.
Zudem können die Mink Bürsten problemlos auf
Maß abgelängt sowie durch den weichen und flexiblen
Bürstenkörper im Radius angebracht werden.
Where milling work is done there will be chippings
falling – also in the machining. While milling
flying chippings are inevitable, which naturally is
a severe health and safety risk. However, Mink
Flex-system ® with rubber lip provides a reliable
protection. Firstly, the flexible bristles settle to
the uneven surface such as grooves to provide
reliable sealing. Secondly, the integrated rubber
lip prevents unimpeachably chippings and small
particles from being flung out and thus increasing
additionally the suction power of the equipment.
Moreover, Mink Brushes can be easily cut to
length to fit individual requirements as well as
be fitted onto each machine’s radius thanks to its
elastic and flexible brush body.
Donde se corta la madera deben caer astillas, así
también en el mecanizado aunque ahí hablamos de
virutas. Durante el proceso de fresado es inevitable
que salgan virutas, que pone en grave peligro la
seguridad laboral. El Mink Flex-System ® con junta
de estanqueidad incorporada ofrece esta protección
confiable. Por un lado, las fibras flexibles se adaptan
a desniveles de las superficies como p. ej. ranuras,
por lo que sella de manera confiable el área de trabajo
del cabezal de fresado, por otro lado, la junta de
estanqueidad incorporada evita el vuelo de virutas y
piezas pequeñas y también aumenta el rendimiento
de extracción del sistema de aspiración. Además, los
cepillos de Mink se pueden cortar fácilmente a medida,
así como debido a la suavidad y flexibilidad de la
base adaptarse al radio del cabezal de mecanizado.
