in ländlichen Regionen Mecklenburg-
Vorpommerns intensiver gefördert. Damit ist das
gesamte Landesgebiet außerhalb der Stadtgrenzen
von Rostock, Schwerin, Neubrandenburg,
Stralsund und Greifswald gemeint. Das mv-Darlehen
unterstützt bestehende KMU oder Existenzgründer
aller Branchen.
The Bürgschaftsbank Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
GmbH (BMV: Guarantee Bank Mecklenburg-
Western Pomerania) has set up two programmes
especially for the agri-food and agriculture sector
(ErLa) to provide help and assistance when a
company’s project is not supported by its principal
bank. The ErLa loan addresses small and mediumsized
SME companies, including above all business
start-ups. It creates the financial prerequisites for
launching products and innovations successfully
on the market. On the other hand, the mv loan
offers more intensive funding for the innovation
capabilities of SME companies in rural regions of
Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Actually, this
refers to the whole of the state outside the cities of
Rostock, Schwerin, Neubrandenburg, Stralsund
and Greifswald. The mv loan is intended par -
ticularly for existing SMEs or start-ups in all sectors.
Funding does not cover companies involved in
fishing and aquaculture or in processing the
corresponding products. “The ErLa and mv loans
provide funding in the context of putting new
products on the market. It covers the costs for
investment and operating resources, expenditure
for PR, machinery and equipment together with
tools involved in the market launch”, explains BMV
managing director Dr. Thomas Drews. Companies
