<strong>Katalyse</strong> <strong>für</strong> Energietechnologien<br />
Zielsetzung<br />
Eine der wichtigsten Herausforderungen <strong>für</strong> die kommenden Jahrzehnte<br />
ist eine ausreichende und nachhaltige Energieversorgung. Dabei<br />
ist die Wasserstofftechnologie, d.h. die Erzeugung von Wasserstoff<br />
aus geeigneten Ressourcen, die Speicherung und die Umwandlung<br />
in elektrische Energie, von besonderem Interesse. Neben Methan<br />
und Methanol gelten gegenwärtig vor allem die nachwachsenden<br />
Rohstoffe Bioethanol und Glycerin als erfolgversprechende Basis <strong>für</strong><br />
die bedarfsgerechte Wasserstofferzeugung [1]. Beim Einsatz dieser<br />
Ausgangsmaterialien sind jedoch hohe Temperaturen (>200°C)<br />
<strong>für</strong> die angewandten Reformingprozesse erforderlich. Ziel unserer<br />
Untersuchungen ist deshalb die Möglichkeit der Erzeugung von<br />
Wasserstoff aus geeigneten Quellen unter milden Bedingungen<br />
