Sächsischen Aufbaubank – eine wertvolle Starthilfe. Am
Firmenstandort Freiberg gab es für den Unternehmer nie
einen Zweifel. „Die Nähe zur Uni ist einer unserer größten
Standortvorteile“, sagt Stanulla. „Viele unserer Kooperationspartner
und freien Mitarbeiter sitzen hier. Biologen,
Kameraleute, Geoökologen – vor allem solche, die tauchen
können. Dank des wissenschaftlichen Tauchzentrums an
der Bergakademie gibt es davon in Freiberg ein großes interdisziplinäres
Netzwerk.“ Ein Cluster, das in die Tiefe geht.

the ground. There has never been a doubt in Richard Stanulla’s
mind about Freiberg as a location: “The proximity to the
university is one of our greatest advantages. Many of our key
partners and freelancers are to be found here – biologists,
camera operators, geoecologists – especially ones who can
dive. Thanks to the Scientific Diving Center at the university,
Freiberg has a large network of such people drawn from the

abroad – the Andes, the Caucasus, Scandinavia.

The two universities in Central Saxony have their
own ‘transfer assistants’ who ensure that research achievements
and innovative ideas are optimally transferred to
industry in the form of specific offers and projects.
