has begun sto fit as standard some features that were only
available as optional extra (multifunction infrared control,
smoke detector that automatically start up the purifier if the
pollution level should exceed preset thresholds; electrostatic

functions is accomplished by an electronic circuit equipped
with a microprocessor able of monitor all purification process
stages, thus minimizing ozone production.

Technologie
Die in FAIR verbauten Ionisierungs-Luftreiniger nutzen die
Netzspannung und erzeugen eine sehr hohe Gleichspannung,
die an einer oder mehrerer spitzer Nadeln angelegt wird.
Obwohl die angelegte Spannung sehr hoch ist, bleibt die Stromstärke
sehr niedrig, so dass keine Gefahr eines Stromschlags
besteht, selbst wenn jamand die Nadeln direkt berühren würde.
Technology
Atmospheric purifiers ionizers included in FAIR take the
main voltage and lead to a very high voltage (DC) which is
then applied to one or more points of very sharp needles.
Although the applied voltage is so high, the intensity
of the current is kept very low so there is no danger of
“shock” even if someone touches the needles.
