There are two interface types used for the ordering process

Ordering

Type 1 - Multiple Options Select Screen

Items in these categories require the

user to select mulitple options eg. doner

meat, toppings, upgrades, drinks etc.

Any items in these categories will be

ordered via the option select screen.

Type 2 - Popup Options Select Menu

Items in these categories require the user to select only minimal or no

options eg. a soft drink has no options to select.

Any items in these categories will be ordered via a popup diolag

without leaving the category screen.

Completion

Basket interface used for reviewing and completing the order

Start screen

While the kiosk is not in use the screen could display

imagery, promotions, new products, offers etc.

A call to action prompts the user to touch the screen, then

select Dine In or Takeaway.

Multiple option select screens

The ‘Meals & Mains’ and ‘Doner Boxes’ categories

require the user to select multiple options to add an

item to their order.

When a user selects an item in these categories they

will be taken to the option select screen.

Adding to order

‘Customise’ menu accessible from the Customise button.

‘Add To Order’ button is activated once all required

options are selected. Quantities can also be added.

User can go back and change any of the chosen

options by tapping on the accordion menu sections.

After tapping the ‘Add To Order’ a popup menu will appear

to confirm the action and push the user to another part of

the menu. The order is placed in the basket.


Multiple option select screens

Doner Boxes

The option select screens for Doner Boxes are

the same as Meals & Mains, however the toggle

is for Box Only / Box & Drink.

Popup option select menu

Items in the ‘Nibbles’, ‘Fries’ and ‘Drinks’ categories require

only minimal aptions eg. quantity or doner meat.

When a user selects an item from these categories a popup

dialog will allow the them to quickly select the options and

add to order.

Completing the Order

Basket

When a user adds an item to their order it will appear in

the basket area and is displayed as a tile.

Each tile gives a summary of the item with buttons to

Remove or Edit the item.

Completing the Order

Tapping the Complete Order button in the basket will take

the user to the confirmation screen.

The confirmation screen will show a full summary

of the order.

The final screen will confirm the order and give the

user instructions for next steps.
