Poliergrund für Hochglanzvergoldung in Pulverform. Das Poliergrund-Pulver ist gebrauchsfertig und muss nicht mehr geleimt werden.
Vorteile des Poliergrund-Pulvers sind:
- man braucht nur soviel anmachen, wie gebraucht wird
- die angebrochene Packung verdirbt nicht mehr
- das Pulver kann, im Gegensatz zu „Poliment nass“, auch bei Temperaturen von unter 0°C versandt werden.

- already opened box does not spoil
- the powder can, unlike “Poliment wet “, be dispatched also at temperatures of under 0° degrees.

Verarbeitung:
Poliergrund-Pulver in destilliertes Wasser geben (im Verhältnis 1 : 1)
und gut vermischen. Nun die angerührte Masse ruhen bzw. ziehen lassen.
Danach noch mal leicht durchrühren.
Nun erfolgt der 1. Auftrag (Dose nach Gebrauch immer wieder verschließen).
Verwenden Sie einen weichen Haarpinsel. Beachten Sie, dass die
Pinsel nicht zu klein sind, da sonst beim Auftragen Rillen oder Ansätze
entstehen. Gut durchtrocknen lassen
Den 2. und 3. Auftrag nun in gleicher Weise vornehmen, evtl. noch einen
4. Auftrag. Nach dem vollständigen Durchtrocknen eventuelle Unebenheiten
mit feinem Schleifpapier entfernen. Nun mit Rosshaartuch oder
Polimentbürste vorpolieren.
Jetzt kann man mit dem Vergolden beginnen:
Streichen Sie die zu vergoldenden Flächen mit Haftnetze ein und legen
dann das lose, echte Blattgold oder lose, echte Blattsilber auf. Nach dem
Anlegen des Blattgoldes muss alles wieder gut durchtrocknen.
Danach kann mit dem Achtpolierstein auf Hochglanz poliert werden.
Eine genaue Arbeitsanleitung liegt dem Produkt bei.
Processing:
Polishing size powder has to be put in distilled water (proportionally 1:1)
and being mixed well. Leave the prepared substance for some minutes.
After that time stir again. Now the 1st application can be made (Always close tin
after using). Use a soft hair-brush. Please see to it that the brush is not too small
in order to avoid grooves. Before applying the next layer, let it dry thoroughly.
Act equally with the 2nd, 3rd and maybe 4th application. When everything has
dried well after the last application due to the brush small imperfections may
have appeared. You can remove them with a piece of abrasive paper.
The dried polishing size must now be prepolished with a horsehair cloth
or a poliment brush.
Gilding can be started now:
Spread the adhesive gilding water on the surface you want to gild and put the
loose genuine gold or loose silver leaves on it. After applying the gold-leaf let it
dry well. Now it can be polished with an agate polisher for high gloss.
