Kölner Instacoll – System für Hochglanzvergoldung im Innen- und Außenbereich
Eine Acrylmixtion für innen und außen mit ganz besonderen Eigenschaften.
Das System besteht aus 2 Komponenten: Komponente 1: BASE / Komponente 2: AKTIVATOR
Die BASE wird mit einem Pinsel (Kunststoffborsten) oder mit einem Spritzgerät aufgetragen. Nach der Trocknung der Basisschicht, was bis zu einer Stunde dauern kann, ist es möglich,
eine weitere Stunde hochglänzend zu vergolden. Für eine länger dauernde oder spätere Vergoldung wird mit dem Aktivator, der in sehr dünner Schicht aufgetragen wird, die
Fläche wieder für die Metallhaftung reaktiviert. Diese Aktivierung kann auch noch nach langer Zeit angewendet oder wiederholt werden. Die Aktivierung ist nach wenigen Minuten
trocken und hält dann die behandelte Fläche für mindestens eine Stunde aufnahmebereit für Blattgold. Da die Haftung durch Druck erfolgt, kann nur Transfergold verwendet
werden! Das komfortable und sichere Arbeiten mit dem Instacoll-System wird Sie schnell überzeugen. Instacoll wird bereits seit über 20 Jahren in mehreren Ländern bei großen
Projekten innen und außen angewandt.
Kölner Instacoll System for High gloss gilding
Instacoll is a size for the attainment of a high gloss weather-resistant exterior and interior gilding. The system contents 2 components: Base (1) and Activator (2).
It can be used on nearly all substrates that have been prepared using standard accepted techniques to create weather-resistant surfaces. Do not use directly on glass outdoors. For indoor gilding it is
sufficient to have or to prepare a non porous surface. Agate burnishing is not possible nor even necessary. Before gilding Instacoll needs to be a completely dry film. This film will be activated with
Instacoll - Activator prior to leaf application, preferably patend gold (transfer gold leaf). After activating the Instacoll-surface is now prepared that gold leaf adhere superbly with a maximum of
burnish effect. A detailed processing instruction enclosed the products.

Le système est composé de deux produits : 1. la base Instacoll 2. l’activateur Instacoll. Le système Instacoll est une nouvelle technique pour réaliser des dorures brillantes à l’intérieur ou l’extérieur. Il a été
soumis à de nombreux tests et répond pleinement aux exigences posées pour la durabilité des dorures extérieures. On applique d’abord la base. Après séchage, on lui donne la force adhésive voulue en y
appliquant le second produit. La base Instacoll s’applique à la brosse ou avec un pinceau à poils soyeux. L’application avec un pistolet (basse pression) est aussi possible. Après un séchage d’environ une
heure, vous avez une heure pour dorer. Pour une dorure de plus longue durée ou ultérieure, appliquez l’activateur Instacoll. Idéalement, ne traitez qu’une surface pouvant être dorée dans les 30 minutes.
L’activateur forme en 2 minutes une couche adhésive parfaite pour la réalisation de dorures brillantes à la feuille d’or. Nous recommandons les feuilles d’or adhésives pour la dorure avec Instacoll. Le mode
d’emploi détaillé pour la dorure avec Instacoll est fourni avec le produit.
