fully integrated PIN limiter/Schottky diode<br />

module in a surface-mount package. The<br />

Skyworks SKY16602-632LF provides passive<br />

receiver protection in wireless or other<br />

RF systems ranging in frequency from 200<br />

MHz to 4 GHz. Capable of handling <strong>10</strong>0<br />

W of pulsed power, the SKY16602-632LF<br />

has a very low threshold of approximately<br />

5 dBm, making it useful as a fine clean-up<br />

limiter. Insertion loss is only 0.3 dB while<br />

return loss is specified at 14 dB. Low distortion<br />

highlights this device making it applicable<br />

for use in military communication<br />

transceivers, VSAT, S-band radar, jammers,<br />

GPS and cellular infrastructure.<br />

Coaxial Isolators for<br />

mmWave 5G Infrastructure<br />

RFMW announced design and sales support<br />

for a series of coaxial, mmWave, 5G isolators<br />

from DiTom Microwave. The D3I2731Q<br />

isolator covers Ka-band frequencies from 27<br />

to 31 GHz with 20 dB of isolation. A singlejunction<br />

design, insertion loss is only 0.6 dB<br />

maximum, preserving precious power in the<br />

mmWave bands. Average power handing is<br />

5 W (2 W reflected power). The D3I2731Q<br />

is offered with 2.4 mm female connectors<br />

having a maximum SWR of 1.25 and are<br />

available with any combination of male or<br />

female connectors on the input/output. 2.92<br />

mm (K) connectors are also an option. With<br />

operating temperatures from -20 to +65<br />

°C, these isolators are suitable for in-box<br />

applications or bench-top testing applications.<br />

The isolator body measures 0.5 x 0.7<br />

The Qorvo QPA8801 features a pushpull<br />

cascode design providing flat gain and<br />

ultra-low distortion. Ideal for DOCSIS 3.1<br />

applications from 45 to 1218 MHz using<br />

a single 12 V supply, the QPA8801 offers<br />

excellent composite distortion at high efficiency<br />

consuming only 4.5 W in a 5 x 7<br />

mm QFN package. Providing 11 dB gain<br />

at 1218 MHz with a CTB of -78 dBc and<br />

CSO of -70 dBc, noise figure is 5.5 dB.<br />

Applications include broadband CATV hybrid<br />

modules, DOCSIS 3.1 amplifiers and<br />

High-Power Switches meet<br />

for a family of high-power switches from<br />

Skyworks Solutions. Designed for TDD<br />

2G/3G/4G micro and macro-cell base stations,<br />

the SKY12241-492LF, SKY12242-<br />

492LF and SKY12245-492LF deliver leading<br />

performance and efficiency. As dataintensive<br />

multimedia and IoT applications<br />

continue to proliferate, cellular infrastructure<br />

solutions must become more robust to meet<br />

increasing network demands. These 50 and<br />

<strong>10</strong>0 W switches enable high data rates with<br />

low power consumption for next generation<br />

wireless devices. The SKY12241-492LF<br />

provides 50 W CW power handling from<br />

Pasternack has launched a new line of<br />

frequency divider modules that cover<br />

broadband frequencies from 0.1 to 20<br />

GHz. A comprehensive selection of 28<br />

different models is offered with a variety<br />

of fixed divide-by-ratios from 2 to<br />

40. These prescalers are ideal for use<br />

in phase locked loop (PLL) and frequency<br />

synthesizer circuit designs, as<br />

well as test instrumentation. Typical<br />

applications include use in aerospace<br />

and defense, satellite communications,<br />

VSAT, test and measurement equipment,<br />

and point-to-point radio networks.<br />

Designs are available in compact and<br />

rugged SMA connectorized packages.<br />

Circuit assemblies feature advanced<br />

GaAs HBT MMIC semiconductor technology<br />

that produces low additive SSB<br />

phase noise performance with typical<br />

levels down to -155 dBc/Hz at <strong>10</strong>0<br />

kHz offset. Input power ranges from<br />

-20 to +15 dBm, with output power<br />

ranges from -6 to +5 dBm depending<br />
