receiver protection in wireless or other<br />
RF systems ranging in frequency from 200<br />
MHz to 4 GHz. Capable of handling <strong>10</strong>0<br />
W of pulsed power, the SKY16602-632LF<br />
has a very low threshold of approximately<br />
5 dBm, making it useful as a fine clean-up<br />
limiter. Insertion loss is only 0.3 dB while<br />
return loss is specified at 14 dB. Low distortion<br />
highlights this device making it applicable<br />
for use in military communication<br />

Coaxial Isolators for<br />
mmWave 5G Infrastructure<br />
RFMW announced design and sales support<br />
for a series of coaxial, mmWave, 5G isolators<br />
from DiTom Microwave. The D3I2731Q<br />
isolator covers Ka-band frequencies from 27<br />
to 31 GHz with 20 dB of isolation. A singlejunction<br />
design, insertion loss is only 0.6 dB<br />
maximum, preserving precious power in the<br />
mmWave bands. Average power handing is<br />
5 W (2 W reflected power). The D3I2731Q<br />
is offered with 2.4 mm female connectors<br />
having a maximum SWR of 1.25 and are<br />
available with any combination of male or<br />
female connectors on the input/output. 2.92<br />
mm (K) connectors are also an option. With<br />
operating temperatures from -20 to +65<br />
°C, these isolators are suitable for in-box<br />
applications or bench-top testing applications.<br />
The isolator body measures 0.5 x 0.7<br />

the SKY12241-492LF, SKY12242-<br />
492LF and SKY12245-492LF deliver leading<br />
performance and efficiency. As dataintensive<br />
multimedia and IoT applications<br />
continue to proliferate, cellular infrastructure<br />
solutions must become more robust to meet<br />
increasing network demands. These 50 and<br />
<strong>10</strong>0 W switches enable high data rates with<br />
low power consumption for next generation<br />
wireless devices. The SKY12241-492LF<br />
provides 50 W CW power handling from<br />

frequency divider modules that cover<br />
broadband frequencies from 0.1 to 20<br />
GHz. A comprehensive selection of 28<br />
