gle radome enclosure with one
mounting point. They are dualband,
enabling 2x2 MIMO in
each band or 4x4 MIMO across
bands with carrier aggregation.
These antennas deliver highgain
ranging from 10...12 dBi
and operate in a range of dual
frequencies from 2300 to 2700
MHz + 3500 to 3800 MHz,
2300...2700 MHz + 5150...5850
MHz, and 3500...3800 MHz +
5150...5850 MHz. All models
utilize four N-type connectors.
By using low and high-band
radios within a single antenna,
this line provides different levels
of coverage or service to the end
user. Elevation beamwidth for
this product line ranges from 7
degrees to 10 degrees. The central
function of these antennas is
as a base station antenna for 2,
3 and 5 GHz AP radios.
900 MHz 120-Degree
Sector Antenna
KP Performance Antennas has
launched a new 900 MHz,
120-degree sector antenna that
is ideal as a base station or
access point antenna for wireless
internet service provider
(WISP) applications. KP’s
new 120-degree sector antenna
covers frequencies from 902
to 928 MHz with high-gain of
12.5 dBi and ±45-degree dual
slant polarization. This antenna
delivers complete coverage with
two or three sector antennas
combined. Operating in the 900
MHz frequency band with dual
slant polarization, this sector
antenna is able to deliver reliable
coverage while penetrating
dense foliage. Elevation beamwidth
is 13.5-degrees and frontto-back
ratio is 15 dB.
Power Amplifier
Covers 10 kHz to
250 MHz
The Model 500A250D is a solidstate,
self-contained, air-cooled,
broadband amplifier designed for
applications where instantaneous
bandwidth, high gain and linearity
are required. Available in
a stylish, contemporary cabinet
for benchtop use or with cabinet
removed for rack mounting.
The Model 500A250D, when
used with a sweep generator,
will provide a minimum of 500
watts of RF power from .01-
250 MHz. Included is a front
panel gain control which permits
the operator to conveniently
set the desired output level. The
500A250D is protected from RF
input overdrive by an RF input
leveling circuit which controls
the RF input level to the RF
amplifier first stage when the RF
input level is increased above
0dBm. The RF amplifier stages
are protected from overtemperature
by removing the DC voltage
to them if an over-temperature
condition occurs due to
cooling blockage or fan failure.
The Model 500A250D is equipped
with a Digital Control Panel
(DCP) which provides both local
and remote control of the amplifier.
The DCP uses a color LCD
The Model 125S1G2z5 is a
solid-state, self-contained,
air-cooled, broadband amplifier
designed for applications
where instantaneous bandwidth,
high gain and linearity
are required. Available
in a stylish, contemporary
cabinet for benchtop use or
with cabinet removed for rack
mounting.
The Model 125S1G2z5, when
used with a sweep generator,
will provide 125 watts of RF
power. Included is a front
panel gain control which
permits the operator to conveniently
set the desired output
level. The 125S1G2z5 is
protected from RF input overdrive
The Model 125S1G2z5 is
equipped with a Digital Control
Panel (DCP) which provides
both local and remote
control of the amplifier. The
DCP uses a color LCD touch
touch screen display to indicate
the operate status and fault conditions
if an over-temperature or
power supply fault has occurred.
The unit can be returned to
operate when the condition has
been cleared.
All amplifier control functions
and status indications are
available remotely through the
included Remotes Package.
The Remotes Package includes
screen display to indicate the
operate status and fault conditions
if an over-temperature or
power supply fault has occurred.
The unit can be returned
to operate when the condition
has been cleared.
All amplifier control functions
and status indications are
available remotely through the
included Remotes Package.
The Remotes Package includes
GPIB/IEEE-488 format,
RS-232 hardwire and fiber
optic, USB, and Ethernet.
The bus interface connector
is located on the back panel
and positive control of local
or remote operation is assured
by a Local/Remote switch on
the front panel of the amplifier.
Also included with the
Remotes Package is a safety
interlock circuit for use with
external safety switch interlocks.
This circuit prevents
the amplifier from going
into operate mode unless the
external connection is made.
A jumper plug is provided for
cases where this functionality
is not needed.
