KE6000<br />
Der KE6000 von <strong>Kurth</strong> <strong>Electronic</strong> ist ein einfaches<br />
Prüfgerät für Patchkabel, LAN und Fernmeldeverkabelungen.<br />
KE6000 prüft und verifiziert ungeschirmte<br />
und geschirmte Verbindungskabel mit verdrillten<br />
Doppeladern (UTP- und STP-Kabel) in installierten Netzen<br />
oder bei Patchkabeln. Für installierte Netze werden zwei<br />
KE6000 benötigt. Dabei wird dann ein Gerät als Master<br />
und eines als Slave konfiguriert. Der Vorteil ist, dass an<br />
beiden Seiten der Status abgelesen und nach erfolgter<br />
Korrektur der Test von beiden Seiten durchgeführt werden<br />
kann. Dies führt zu einer echten Zeitersparniss. Die<br />
meisten der vorkommenden Fehler wie Vertauschungen,<br />
Unterbrechungen, Kurzschlüsse und Schirmfehler werden<br />
im Display im Klartext angezeigt. Kein umständliches<br />
Mitschreiben von blinkenden und aufleuchtenden LEDs<br />
notwendig. KE6000 liefert eindeutige, schnelle und sofort<br />
auswertbare Statusinformationen im LCD Display.<br />
Der eingebaute und einfach zu aktivierende Signalsender<br />
sendet auf allen Adernpaaren ein Signal welches mit der<br />
optionalen PROBE (Art. Nr. 0.49561) von <strong>Kurth</strong> <strong>Electronic</strong><br />
empfangen werden kann. Damit ist auch schnell ein<br />
<strong>Daten</strong>port oder ein Kabel gefunden.<br />

KE6000 is a simple, affordable, fast and efficient Network<br />
cable tester. KE6000 can test UTP and STP patch cables<br />
and by using of two units also installed wiring of Telecom<br />
and Data cables.<br />
KE6000 is simple to use with the large easy to read LCD<br />
display readouts, indicating cable faults or verifying cable<br />
and pin-out-integrity. The fault is shown here as a clear<br />
information - no need for watch and count flashing LEDs. If<br />
KE6000 is used to test a inhouse installation, one unit is set<br />
to Master the other is set to Slave. The big advantage is that<br />
on both sides the LCD display shows the fault. After<br />
corrective action the cable test can be started from both<br />
sides. This saves time and money. KE6000 checks for<br />
Cable faults, including Short Circuit Pairs, Open Circuit<br />
Pairs, Shorts between Pairs, Pair Reversals, Transposed<br />
Pairs and other Cable Miswires are indicated even if there<br />
are multiple faults. A clear wire map is shown in the LCD<br />
Display.<br />
With the build in Tone Transmitter the user is able to send a<br />
trace tone on all pairs to detect the corresponding port or<br />
find an open cable. This is done best with the optional <strong>Kurth</strong><br />
<strong>Electronic</strong> PROBE (Art. No. 0.49561).
