Auszug aus den Auktions- und Versicherungsbestimmungen / Extract of the sale and insurance terms
Die vollständigen und maßgeblichen Auktions- und Versicherungsbestimmungen liegen im Auktionsbüro zur Einsicht bzw. zur Mitnahme aus. Mit der Abgabe
eines Gebots werden diese Bestimmungen vom Käufer anerkannt:
• Auktionsstandort ist die Ostfrieslandhalle Leer, Nessestr. 1, 26789 Leer.
• Auktionstermin ist der 30. November 2018 um 20.00 Uhr.
• Verantwortliche Organisatoren sind der VOST und GenHotel.
• Die Tiere werden im Namen oder in Kommission des VOST verkauft.
• Alle Tiere stammen aus amtlich anerkannten tuberkulose-, brucellose- und leukosefreien Betrieben.
• Alle Tiere sind negativ auf BHV1 (IBR) untersucht und haben einen BHV1-freien ungeimpften Status. Sie sind alle virologisch negativ auf BVD/MD untersucht.
• Jeder Auktionsteilnehmer unterwirft sich den geltenden Auktionsbedingungen.
• Jeder Beschicker ist verpflichtet, ihm bekannte wertmindernde Mängel (z.B. nicht ersichtliche Verletzungen, unvollständige Katalogangaben usw.) vor
Beginn der Versteigerung unaufgefordert dem untersuchenden Vertrauenstierarzt bzw. der Veranstaltungsleitung bekannt zu geben.
• Vor Beginn der Versteigerung werden gemeldete und bei der Gesundheitskontrolle durch den Vertrauenstierarzt festgestellte erhebliche Mängel sowie
unrichtige oder unvollständige Katalogangaben bekannt gegeben.
• Bei Doppelgeboten und Streitigkeiten entscheidet die Auktionsleitung.
• Die Zuschlagspreise sind Nettopreise (ohne MwSt. und Komission).
• Vom Käufer zu zahlender Rechnungsbetrag: Zuschlagspreis + 10 % Kommission + ggf. Quarantäne- bzw. Exportkosten + gesetzliche MwSt.
• Beim Verkauf ins Ausland werden vom VOST, je nach Exportbestimmungen, alle nötigen Maßnahmen in Absprache mit dem Käufer organisiert.
• Für die vorgeschriebenen Maßnahmen bei Export wird eine Pauschale von 75,-€ pro Tier erhoben. Diese beinhaltet das EU-Attest, eine evtl. erforderliche
Quarantäne (ab dem 4. Tag nach der Veranstaltung zusätzlich 3,50 € Futtergeld/Tag und 6,-€ ab dem 15. Tag) und die Kosten für die notwendigen Untersuchungen
BHV1 und BVD/MD. Darüber hinausgehende Kosten für Untersuchungen und Blutanalysen müssen vom Käufer übernommen werden.
• Die Transporte werden nach absolvierter Quarantäne, je nach Käuferregion, als Sammeltransporte vom VOST organisiert. Anteilige Kosten für den Transport
und eine eventuell gewünschte Transportversicherung trägt der Käufer.
• Bei der Versteigerung einer ersten Wahl aus zwei zum Verkauf angebotenen Kälbern hat der Käufer seine Wahl direkt im Anschluss an den Zuschlag zu
treffen.
• Die Bezahlung hat sofort nach Ankauf in bar oder mit bankbestätigtem Scheck zu erfolgen. Das Eigentumsrecht bleibt bis zur restlosen Bezahlung beim
VOST.
• Die Tiere sind bis zum Abtransport grundsätzlich auf Tod und Nottötung pauschal mit 4.500,00 € pro Tier auf Kosten des Veranstalters versichert. Möchte der
(Ver-)Käufer die Tiere zu einem höheren Wert versichern, muss er sich mit dem VOST (Dr. Busemann, Tel. : +49 (0)162 2340012) in Verbindung setzen und die
Differenz auf die höhere Versicherungsprämie übernehmen.
• Alle Zuchtbescheinigungen, Anpaarungs- bzw. Embryonenverträge sowie genomische Untersuchungsergebnisse und Vornutzungsbescheinigungen liegen
im Auktionsbüro zur Einsicht aus.
The complete and relevant sale and insurance terms and conditions are available for access and entrainment in the sales office. By placing a bid you agree to
the following terms and conditions:
• Location: Ostfrieslandhalle, 26789 Leer, Nessestr. 1.
• Sale will be held November 30th 2018, 8 p.m.
• Responsible organizations are VOST and GenHotel.
• All lots sell on behalf of VOST.
• All animals are from officially approved tuberculosis-, brucellosis- and leukosis-free herds.
• All animals are tested negative for BHV1 (IBR) and have a BHV1-free non vaccinated status. All are tested virologically negative for BVD/MD.
• Each participant in the sale agrees to the terms and conditions of the sale.
• Each consignor warrants to report all depressive defects (i.e. not obviously visible injuries, missing pedigree information) to the official veterinarian or to the
sale committee prior to the beginning of the sale.
• All reported or examined depressive defects and incorrect or missing catalog information will be announced prior to the sale.
• In case of two or more claiming the bid and in case of dispute final decisions are made by the sale committee.
• Bidding prices are net prices (excl. tax, assurance and fees).
• Buyer pays the following: Bidding price + 10 % commission + export fee/export cost + GST
• For animals sold to foreign countries, VOST will organize all arrangements depending on the individual export regulations.
• Standard export fee is 75,-€ per animal. This includes the EU health paper, if necessary the housing for quarantine (from the 4 th day after the event 3.50 €
extra feed cost per day. From the 15 th day after the event it will be 6,- €/day), and includes the cost for BHV1 and BVD/MD testing. Further cost for examination
and blood testing are the responsibility of the buyer. For these, the sale organization will support the export.
• Transportation is planned as aggregated shipments and VOST will assist in transport organization. The costs for transportation and for the individual
transport-insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
• First choice between two females offered has to be done by the buyer directly after the bidding has ended.
• Payment has to be made immediately after the sale in terms of cash or a bank certified check. VOST will keep ownership until full settlement.
• Animals are covered by insurance at 4500,-€ per animal until shipment. If the seller/buyer needs higher insurance for his purchase he has to contact VOST

• All pedigrees, mating- and embryo-contracts as well as genomic results and embryo transfer certificates are available for access in the sales office.
