dynamischer Fingergelenkdistraktor
zur Behandlung intraartikulärer Frakturen
der Mittelgliedbasis
Indikation:
· intraartikuläre (Trümmer)-Frakturen der Mittelgliedbasis
ohne und mit Luxation
Kontraindikation:
· intraoperativ irreponible Luxationsfrakturen
· infizierte oder offene Hautareale
Ziel:
· aktive Bewegung bei gleichzeitiger Distraktion
des Gelenkes
· Reposition des luxierten Gelenks
Technische Lösung:
· doppelseitiges Fixateurelement mit variabel
einstellbarer Distraktionskraft
· einfache K-Draht-Montage mittels Bohrlehre
Vorteile:
· kurze OP -Zeiten
· einfach anzuwenden, flache Lernkurve
· standardisiertes Medizinprodukt
· Kostenerstattung durch KV als Einmalprodukt
Produktparameter:
Der Distraktor ist durch die Montage auf die
K-Drähte bereits mit 210 g (420 g für 2 Distraktoren)
vorgespannt. Anschließend kann die
Federspannung pro Distraktor durch die Feinstellschraube
mit 15 g pro Umdrehung (max.
8 Umdrehungen!) auf insgesamt 330 g erhöht
werden (= 660 g für 2 Distraktoren)
dynamic finger joint distractor
for the treatment of intraarticular fractures
of the second joint base
Indication:
· intraarticular (comminuted) fractures of the
second joint base with and without luxation
Contraindication
· intraoperative irreducibly luxated fractures
· infected or lacerated skin areas
Goal:
· active movement with simultaneous distraction
of the joint
· reposition of the luxated joint
Technical solution:
· double-sided fixator element with variably
adjustable distraction force
· easy K-wire application by means of drilling gauge
Advantages:
· short surgery times
· easy application, flat learning curve
· standardized medical product
· reimbursement through med. insurance as a
one-time disposable product
Product parameters:
The distractor is already pre-tensioned with
210 g (420 g for 2 distractors) through the
mounting on the K-wires. The spring tension
can be subsequently adjusted on each distractor
by means of the fine adjustment screw at a
rate of 15 g per full rotation (max. 8 rotations!)
to a total of 330 g. (= 660 g for 2 distractors)
