Mit der Duplocoll® CPT Klebebandserie hat
die Forschung von Lohmann die qualitativen
Eigenschaften von Acrylathaftklebstoffen
deutlich verbessert. Der trägerlose Acrylatfilm
ist glasklar. Der Lichtbrechungsindex ist
nahezu identisch mit dem des Glases. Für
das Design und die Produktion eröffnen
sich mit Duplocoll® CPT interessante und
wirtschaftliche Möglichkeiten. Die glasklaren
Klebeverbindungen schaffen Freiräume
für Konstrukteure und Designer.
Duplocoll® CPT ist der ideale Klebstoff für
Verbindungen, bei denen eine höchstmögliche
Transparenz eine tragende Rolle spielt,
wie zum Beispiel bei Duschkabinen aus
Polyethylenabdeckfolie, weiß
Polyethylene liner, white
Glas. Besonders bei farbigen Untergründen
sind transparente Verbindungen von Vorteil.
Das Design wird durch die Klebeverbindungen
nicht gestört. Das Objekt ist attraktiver
und die Verkaufschancen sind besser.
Mit unserem neuen Duplocoll® CPT Klebeband
eröffnen sich vielseitige Einsatzmöglichkeiten
für neue Ideen. Und nichts
ist stärker als eine Idee, deren Zeit gekommen
ist.
NEU: Lohmann bietet optional die Technologie
zur Randpassivierung des Klebebandes
an. Der Rand wir dadurch klebepassiv
trocken und ist unempfindlich gegen
äußere Einflüsse.

he fast pace of development in the
technical world constantly calls for new
and better solutions for adhesive bonding.
With the Duplocoll® CPT adhesive tape
series, research by Lohmann has significantly
improved the qualitative properties
of acrylic adhesives. The pressure-sensitive
acrylic film is completely transparent. The
light refraction index is almost identical to
that of glass. Duplocoll® CPT opens up
interesting and economical possibilities for
design and production, and the clear adhesive
bonds give scope to engineers and
designers.
Duplocoll® CPT is the ideal adhesive for
bonds where maximum transparency is of

Clear bonds with all types of materials, for example
aluminium or plastic, ensure an attractive design

to seal the edges of the adhesive tape.
Thereby the edge becomes dry after adhesion
and is resistant to external influences.

Duplocoll® CPT, Clear Performance Tape,
ist bestens geeignet, unterschiedliche
Materialien (Holz, Aluminium, Kunststoff,
Keramik, Glas und andere) unsichtbar miteinander
zu verbinden. Die glasklare Acrylatschicht
zeigt eine sehr gute Anfangshaftung
und eine dauerhafte Endfestigkeit.

Und sie ist temperaturbeständig. Last, not
least, gleicht sie auch differierende Ausdehnungskoeffizienten
aus. Denn sie ist bis
500% dehnbar. Der viskoelastische Klebstofffilm
„fließt“ flächendeckend und spannungsfrei
auch in Rautiefen und erreicht
damit eine totale Benetzung. Rollenware
aus Duplocoll® CPT ist auch ein ideales
Abstandselement. Toleranzen und Spannungen
werden optimal ausgeglichen, Stoßstellen
durch den Fügeprozess geschlossen,
so dass ein gedichtetes System entsteht.

die-cut shaped parts in many shapes,
versions and different sizes by computercontrolled
converting machines.

economic production. User-friendly automated

and fast processing – even on site.
