Unsere Tauchbeizanlage besteht aus einem Beizbecken,
einer Spülwanne und einer automatischen
Spülkabine zur abschließenden Reinigung der gebeizten
Teile. Das Beizen unserer Produkte im Beizbecken wird
durchgeführt, um Anlauffarben im Bereich geschweißter
Verbindungen zu entfernen.
Die zu beizenden Artikel werden in stabile Beizkörbe
gelegt und können bis zu einer maximalen Länge von
2300 mm und einem maximalen Durchmesser von 800
mm behandelt werden. Größere und schwere Bauteile
werden mit einem Kran in das Beizmedium abgesenkt.
Das Spülmedium aus der Spülkabine wird innerhalb der
Reinigungsanlage durch Verdampfung als Destillat dem
Spülkreislauf erneut zugeführt.

Tiefe 1.000 mm, Höhe 1.200 mm, Länge 2.500 mm, Füllhöhe
1.000 mm
Our bath pickling system consists of a pickling bath, a rinsing bath and an automatic rinsing
cabin for final cleaning of the pickled parts. Our products undergo the pickling in the bath to
remove annealing colours in the area of welding joints.
The articles to be pickled are placed in stable pickling baskets where parts up to a maximum
length of 2300 mm and maximum diameter of 800 mm can be treated. Larger and heavier
parts are lowered into the pickling medium by a crane. The rinsing medium from the rinsing
cabin is supplied to the rinsing chain again within the cleaning system by evaporation and
distillation.

Beim elektrochemischen Polieren im E-Bad
wird nach gründlicher Vorreinigung und Entfettung
Material von der Oberfläche abgetragen.
Dieser Abtrag verbessert bevorzugt die Mikrorauheiten,
wodurch die Oberfläche der Werkstücke
außerordentlich glatt und werkstoffabhängig
glänzend wird. Eine Nachbehandlung
erfolgt in mehreren Schritten durch Spülen und
Dekapieren der Produkte.
Unsere zwei E-Bäder (Maße 700 x 700 x 1100
mm und 1300 x 1300 x 1600 mm) besitzen entsprechende
Vorrichtungen, die es ermöglichen,
Produkte nach Kundenwunsch auch innen zu
polieren.
In the electrochemical polishing process in the electro bath, material is removed from the
surface after thorough cleaning and degreasing. This ablation improves mainly the micro
roughness, rendering the surface of the parts extremely smooth and shiny, depending on the
material properties. In several steps of after-treatment, the products are rinsed and etched.
Our two electro baths (dimensions 700 x 700 x 1100 mm and 1300 x 1300 x 1600 mm) contain
devices that allow for polishing products on the inside as well according to customer
demands.
