KERRADECO is a product manufactured in
accordance with KERRACORE technology,
which uses the latest technical and engineering
achievements. Product consists of two layers,
each layer is made of a specially designed
polymer material.
1. Bottom layer (cellular)
- special modifiers used in the newest foaming
technology ensure an exceptional uniformity and
density of cellular base,
- it translates to perfect utility properties
(mechanical strength).
2. Surface layer (hard)
- coloured with the highest quality dyes (Cool
Pigments),
- hard, resistant to impact and scratches,
- finished with a thermally pressed pattern of
realistic and natural appearance.
3. Decorative layer
- high quality digital printing,
- protected by varnish hardened by means of
UV rays.
4. The straps on the bottom of the panel
- thanks to their use, the finished profile
is characterised by very good mechanical
properties and dimensional stability.
KERRADECO est un panneau décoratif
fabriqué à l’aide de la technologie
KERRACORE, qui utilise les résultats les plus
modernes de la technique et de l’ingénierie de
processus.
Les panneaux fabriqués sous la technologie
KERRACORE sont composés de deux couches
dont chacune est un matériau polymère
spécialement conçu.
1. Ame du panneau (cellulaire)
- la technologie d’expansion la plus avancée
garantit une densité et une homogénéité du
cellulaire exceptionnelles,
- cela se traduit par des propriétés d’utilisation
parfaites (résistance mécanique).
2. Couche intermediaire (dure)
-teintée avec des pigments de haute qualité
(Cool Pigments),
- dure, résistante aux chocs et fissurations,
- fini à l’aide d’un matriçage à chaud qui amène
un aspect réel et naturel.
3. Finition décorative
- une impression numérique de haute qualité,
- vernis de protection durci aux rayons UV.
4. Les éléments de contrebalacement au
dos du panneau
- les panneaux KERRADECO possèdent sur la
face non vue, des éléments de
contrebalancement,
- grâce à cela le panneau bénéficie d’excellents
paramètres de planimétrie et d’une stabilité
dimensionnelle parfaite.

Profilen, die im KERRACORE-Verfahren
hergestellt werden. Es werden die modernsten
Errungenschaften der Technik und Fertigkeiten
der Prozessingenieure in Anspruch genommen.
Die mit dem KERRACORE-Verfahren
angefertigten Paneele weisen drei Schichten
auf, wobei jede Schicht aus speziellen
Polymerwerkstoffen bestehen.
1. Unterschicht (aufgeschäumt)
- durch spezielle Modifikatoren, die in der
neuesten Aufschäumungstechnologie verwendet
werden, ist eine außergewöhnliche Homogenität
und Dichte des Materials gewährleistet,
- dies spiegelt sich in den ausgezeichneten
Nutzeigenschaften wider(mechanische
Beständigkeit).
2. Oberschicht (hart)
- mit Farbstoffpigmenten höchster Qualität,
- hart, stoßfest und kratzfest,
- thermisch geprägtes Muster, das natürlich und
realistisch aussieht.
3. Dekorschicht
- Digitaldruck höchster Qualität,
- zusätzlich mit Lack versiegelt und durch UV-
Strahlen gehärtet.
4. Streifen aus Kunststoff auf der
Paneelrückseite
- die Verwendung der Kunststoffstreifen auf
der Rückseite der KERRADECO - Profile
bewirken eine Verbesserung der mechanischen
Eigenschaften und der Maßstabilität.
KERRADECO is een reeks profielen
vervaardigd in KERRACORE technologie,
waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van de nieuwste
technologieën en procestechniek. De profielen in
de KERRACORE technologie bestaan uit twee
lagen waarvan elke door een speciaal ontworpen
polymeermateriaal wordt gevormd.
1. Onderste laag (schuimend)
- vanwege speciale modificatiemiddelen gebruikt
voor de nieuwste technologie van schuimen,
wordt buitengewone uniformiteit en celdikte
verzekerd,
- het laat zich vertalen in uitstekende prestaties
(mechanische sterkte).
2. Bovenste laag (hard)
- ingekleurd met de hoogste kwaliteit Cool
Pigment kleurstoffen,
- hard, bestand tegen stoten en krassen,
- afgewerkt met een thermisch gedrukt patroon
dat gekenmerkt wordt door een reële en
natuurlijke uitstraling.
3. Decoratieve laag
- hoogwaardige digitale opdruk;
- aanvullend beschermd met een met UV stralen
verharde lak.
4. Kunststof stroken onderaan het paneel
-deze zorgen er voor dat het gerede profiel zeer
goede mechanische kenmerken en maatvastheid
bezit.

la tecnología KERRACORE, que emplea
los últimos avances tecnológicos e ingeniería
de procesos. Los paneles KERRADECO se
componen de tres capas, cada una de las
cuales formada por un polímero diseñado
especialmente.
1. Capa inferior (espumada)
- los modificadores especiales utilizados en
la más moderna tecnología de espumado
garantizan una excepciona uniformidad
l y densidad de la base de la célula,
- tiene un rendimiento excelente (resistencia
mecánica).
2. Capa superior (dura)
- coloreada con los pigmentos Cool Pigments de
la más alta calidad,
- dura, resistente a los golpes y arañazos,
- la capa de acabado tiene un diseño estampado
térmicamente con una apariencia real y natural.
3. Capa decorativa
- impresión digital de alta calidad,
- protección extra con barniz y endurecida con
rayos UV.
4. Bandas de material en la parte inferior
del panel:
- hacen que el perfil final se caracterice por sus
muy buenaspropiedades mecánicas y estabilidad
dimensional.

con la tecnologia KERRACORE che sfrutta

di processo. I profili realizzati con la tecnologia
KERRACORE sono composti da più strati
ognuno con la propria di cui uno è un m ateriale
polimerico appositamente progettato.
1. Strato inferiore (schiumato)
- visti gli speciali modificatori utilizzati nella
recentissima tecnologia di schiumaggio,
garantisce un’incredibile omogeneità
e densità della base cellulare,
- ciò si traduce in perfette prestazioni
(resistenza meccanica).
2. Strato superiore (duro)
- tinto con colori di altissima qualità Cool
Pigments,
- duro, resistente agli urti e ai graffi,
- rifinito con motivo stampato termicamente,
caratterizzato dall’aspetto realistico e naturale.
3. Strato decorativo
- stampa digitale di altissima qualità,
- protetto dalla vernice e indurito con raggi UV.
4. Strisce del materiale sul retro del
pannello
- contribuiscono a migliorare le proprietà
meccaniche e la stabilità dimensionale.
