BLOCAN ® G-Profile BLOCAN ® G-profiles Funktion trifft Design Die neuen G-Profile vermitteln den Anschein ästhetischer Vierkantrohre und lassen Ihren gestalterischen Ideen alle Möglichkeiten. Stabilität und Funktion befinden sich im Inneren der Profile und bleiben in der späteren Anwendung unsichtbar. Die in den Abmessungen 40x40 und 40x80 mm erhältlichen G-Profile sind besonders interessant für Anwendungen mit hohem Hygieneanspruch, wie etwa im medizinischen Bereich, da die Flächen leicht zu reinigen sind. Die Kantenradien unter einem Millimeter sind ideale Voraussetzungen für Reinraumum- gebungen. Die integrierten Befestigungsnuten lassen sich bei Bedarf an beliebiger Stelle öffnen und mit einem Nutenstein versehen. Zubehörelemente werden so sicher und fugenlos verschraubt. Die wirtschaftliche Verbindung der Profile wird mit üblichen Zylinderschrauben hergestellt. Das dezente Erscheinungsbild wird durch die farblich abgestimmten Zubehörelemente und Verschlussstopfen in RAL 9006 gewahrt. 2 Function meets design The new G-profiles purport to be aesthetic rectangular tubes and give your creative ideas all possibilities to be put into practice. Stability and functionality are integrated in the profiles and remain invisible for later application. The G-profiles, available with sections of 40 x 40 mm and 40 x 80 mm, are particularly interesting for applications with highest requirements of hygiene, such as in the medical field, because the surfaces can be cleaned easily. The edge radiuses, smaller than one millimetre, provide ideal conditions for dust-free requirements. The integrated fixing slots can be opened at any position and can be equipped with a tenon block. With this, accessories can safely be screwed on without gaps. The profiles are efficiently connected using customary cylinder screws. The subdued appearance is kept by RAL 9006 colour-adjusted accessories and locking screws.
