Funktion trifft Design 

Die neuen G-Profile vermitteln den Anschein ästhetischer 

Vierkantrohre und lassen Ihren gestalterischen 

Ideen alle Möglichkeiten. Stabilität und Funktion befinden 

sich im Inneren der Profile und bleiben in der 

späteren Anwendung unsichtbar. 

Die in den Abmessungen 40x40 und 40x80 mm erhältlichen 

G-Profile sind besonders interessant für Anwendungen 

mit hohem Hygieneanspruch, wie etwa 

im medizinischen Bereich, da die Flächen leicht zu reinigen 

sind. Die Kantenradien unter einem Millimeter 

sind ideale Voraussetzungen für Reinraumum- gebungen. 

Die integrierten Befestigungsnuten lassen sich bei Bedarf 

an beliebiger Stelle öffnen und mit einem Nutenstein 

versehen. Zubehörelemente werden so sicher 

und fugenlos verschraubt. Die wirtschaftliche 

Verbindung der Profile wird mit üblichen Zylinderschrauben 

hergestellt. Das dezente Erscheinungsbild 

wird durch die farblich abgestimmten Zubehörelemente 

und Verschlussstopfen in RAL 9006 gewahrt.

Function meets design 

The new G-profiles purport to be aesthetic rectangular 

tubes and give your creative ideas all possibilities 

to be put into practice. Stability and functionality are 

integrated in the profiles and remain invisible for later 

application. 

The G-profiles, available with sections of 40 x 40 mm 

and 40 x 80 mm, are particularly interesting for applications 

with highest requirements of hygiene, such as 

in the medical field, because the surfaces can be cleaned 

easily. The edge radiuses, smaller than one millimetre, 

provide ideal conditions for dust-free requirements. 

The integrated fixing slots can be opened at any position 

and can be equipped with a tenon block. With 

this, accessories can safely be screwed on without 

gaps. The profiles are efficiently connected using customary 

cylinder screws. The subdued appearance is 

kept by RAL 9006 colour-adjusted accessories and locking 

screws.

Verbindungstechnik G-Profile 

Connection technology, G-profiles 

Verbunden werden die G-Profile durch einfache 

Schraubverbindungen, die direkt in die Schraubkanäle 

der Profile eingebracht werden. Im durchlaufenden 

Profil der Verbindung wird mittels Bohrschablone 

eine Durchgangsbohrung eingebracht. Lediglich 

eine Zyl.-Schraube (40er Profil) bzw. zwei Zyl.-Schrauben 

(40x80er Profil) genügen für eine feste Verbindung. 

Auf ähnliche Art kann wahlweise auch die 

Spannschraubverbindung verwendet werden. 

Für kreuzende Verbindungen wird ein spezielles 

Verbindungselement (siehe Seite 6) angeboten.

G-profiles are connected by simple screw connections 

which are directly screwed into the screw holes of the 

profiles. A through bore hole is drilled into the passing 

profile of the connection using a template. Only 

one cylinder screw, (40 mm- profile), or two cylinder 

screws in case of the 40 x 80 mm-profile, is necessary 

for a rigid connection. Optionally, the clamping bolt 

connection can also be used in a similar way. 

For crossing connections, a special connecting element 

(see page 6) is being offered.

Bei der Konstruktion der G-Profile wurde besonderer 

Wert darauf gelegt, dass bei Bedarf die verdeckten 

Profilnuten genutzt werden können. Dies geschieht 

durch einfaches geradfreies Herausstemmen der Nutabdeckung. 

Somit können Zubehörteile problemlos 

angebunden oder Profilverbindungen hergestellt 

werden.

When the G-profiles were designed, special attention 

was given to the fact that, if necessary, the hidden 

profile slots shall be accessible. This is possible simply 

by chiselling out the covered slot. In this way, accessories 

can be attached without problems or the profiles 

can be connected to each other.
