Diese Broschüre soll Neuzuwanderern und bereits länger in Neuss lebenden Migrantinnen und
Migranten als Leitfaden dienen, wohin sie sich bei Fragen und Problemen wenden können.
Damit Sie sich besser zurechtfinden, wurden das Inhaltsverzeichnis und die Hinweise zum Gebrauch
dieser Broschüre in die Sprachen arabisch, englisch, französisch, russisch, tamilisch und türkisch
übersetzt.
Besonders die Angebote, die nach der Ankunft in Deutschland am wichtigsten sind, zum Beispiel Beratungen
und Integrationskurse, finden Sie auf den ersten Seiten. Sie können mit Hilfe von Telefonnummern
und, falls vorhanden, E-Mail Adressen direkt Kontakt aufnehmen.
Eine Integration in die deutsche Gesellschaft ist aber ohne das Beherrschen der deutschen Sprache
nicht möglich.

How to use this Guide
The aim of this guide is to help both newcomers to Neuss and those foreign nationals who have lived
here for some time, with information on where to go and who to speak to for help with any questions
or problems you may have.
The list of contents and the section on how to use the guide have been translated into English, French,
Russian, Tamil and the Arabic language so that it can be used more easily.
Some of the services offered are especially important immediately after arrival in Germany: for example,
advice centres and German language courses. You will find these on the first pages of the guide.
You can make direct contact with the organisations via the telephone numbers given or by email, if
available.
Integration into German society is, however, impossible without learning the German language.

Make contact as soon as possible with the institutions which offer German language and integration
courses or take up the offer of a language course with a different institution!!!
