is still a lot of potential in this segment. Renting an e-bike and<br />
participating in a guided tour has even been part of the <strong>St</strong>. <strong>Anton</strong><br />
Summer Card since last year. After all, every guest staying just<br />
one night receives this card. This inclusive offer is very popular<br />
and the s<strong>am</strong>e trend is also heading towards mountain e-bikes for<br />
your individual bike mountain adventure.<br />
L.L. What role do your employees play in the success of your<br />
company?<br />
B.P. As we like to say, we “show our human side”. Being friendly,<br />
having fun together and with our customers – that is important<br />
to us. You could say that we work like one big f<strong>am</strong>ily and enjoy<br />
our great working atmosphere. And we are especially happy that<br />
our numerous customers always speak in high terms of our te<strong>am</strong><br />
as well. Following the motto, “Choose a job you love, and you will<br />
never have to work a day in your life,” we believe that most of our<br />
te<strong>am</strong> members have found just that. Our high ratio of permanent<br />
staff confirms this belief. Although our work virtually turns into<br />
a high-performance sport as soon as the season opens, three out of<br />
four our about 70 employees come back every year to work with<br />
us. <strong>No</strong>body puts that much effort into their work without having<br />
fun. Moreover, we want to represent our casual yet professional<br />
understanding to the outside world. We have also tried to do that<br />
with our employee photo c<strong>am</strong>paign which enables our te<strong>am</strong> to<br />
come into the limelight for several years. Once again, it was a<br />
great feeling to see every single one of us full of vim and vigour<br />
this year. Nevertheless, we also focus on never standing still in our<br />
development. Our extensive training progr<strong>am</strong>me is for newcomers<br />
just as much as for experienced experts. On the occasion of this<br />
year’s annual season-opening te<strong>am</strong> event, for ex<strong>am</strong>ple, we invited<br />
Wolfgang Fasching, three-time Race across America winner as<br />
our highlight. That was a special day for everyone!<br />
