Der Handel mit Kaffee florierte so stark, dass Josef Schreyögg damit
begann, Kaffeebohnen zu importieren, um sie anschließend selbst
zu rösten. Hierfür erwarb er eine Kaffeeröstmaschine mit 5 kg Fassungsvermögen,
die heute noch in der Eingangshalle der Kaffeerösterei
in Partschins steht. 1945 übernahm Josef Paul Schreyögg das
Unternehmen und baute es weiter auf. Seit den 1970er Jahren hat
sich das Familienunternehmen, das derzeit von Peter Schreyögg in
3. und seinem Sohn Stefan in 4. Generation gemeinsam geführt wird,
ausschließlich auf die Kaffeeproduktion spezialisiert.
Peter Schreyögg kümmert sich persönlich um den Einkauf der Rohprodukte,
die Produktion und den Vertrieb. Sohn Stefan ist zuständig
für die Verwaltung, das Controlling und das Qualitätsmanagement.
Ein Team aus Spezialisten in der Produktion, Technikern für Kaffeecaffè,
tè, vino proveniente dalle coltivazioni europee più famose
d’Europa, pasta, riso, frutta, vedura e molti prodotti esotici.
Il commercio del caffè era talmente florido, che Josef Schreyögg iniziò
a importare i chicchi di caffè e a occuparsi direttamente della loro
tostatura. Questa decisione coincise con l’acquisto di una tostatrice
elettrica della capacità di 5 kg, che ancora oggi fa bella mostra di sé
all’ingresso della torrefazione caffè di Parcines. Nel 1945 Josef Paul
Schreyögg prese in mano la gestione del negozio e lo ingrandì.
Dagli anni settanta, l’azienda a conduzione familiare, che è ora giunta
alla terza generazione con Peter Schreyögg e alla quarta con suo
figlio Stefan, si è specializzata nella produzione di caffè.
Peter Schreyögg si occupa personalmente dell’acquisto della materia
prima, della produzione e della commercializzazione. Il figlio Stefan
è responsabile dell’amministrazione, del controlling e della qualità.

for coffee machines, administrative staff and a sales team
in Italy and abroad ensure the continuous growth of the company.
