Es wird bestätigt, dass die elektrische Anlage/ das<br />
elektrische Betriebsmittel/ die elektrotechnische<br />
Ausrüstung der Maschine oder Anlage<br />
Kunststoff-Schwerpunktstation Typ<br />
KSP1130 <strong>und</strong> KSP1430<br />
den Bestimmungen der Unfallverhütungsvorschrift<br />
„Elektrische Anlagen <strong>und</strong> Betriebsmittel“ BGV A3<br />
entsprechend beschaffen ist. Des Weiteren wird<br />
bestätigt, dass alle nach BGV A3 <strong>und</strong> nach VDE<br />
bzw. DIN notwendigen Prüfungen <strong>und</strong> Messungen<br />
an der o. g. Anlage/ Betriebsmittel/ Ausrüstung<br />
durchgeführt wurden.<br />
Diese Bestätigung dient ausschließlich dem<br />
Zweck, den K<strong>und</strong>en davon zu entbinden, die elektrische<br />
Anlage/ das elektrische Betriebsmittel/die<br />
elektrotechnische Ausrüstung der Maschine<br />
oder Anlage vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme zu<br />
prüfen bzw. prüfen zu lassen (§ 5 Absatz 1 <strong>und</strong> 4<br />
der BGV A3). Anderweitige zivilrechtliche Mängelhaftungs-<br />
<strong>und</strong> Haftungsansprüche werden<br />
durch diese Bestätigung nicht geregelt.<br />

the electrical equipment/ the electro technical<br />
products of the machine or switchgear<br />
polyester substation type KSP1130<br />
<strong>and</strong> KSP1430<br />
is according to the terms of the accident prevention<br />
regulation „Elektrische Anlagen <strong>und</strong> Betriebsmittel“<br />
BGV A3. Furthermore we confirm that<br />
all necessary tests <strong>and</strong> measurements have been<br />
executed at the a.m. switchgear/equipment/product<br />
according to BGV A3 <strong>and</strong><br />
according to VDE resp. DIN.<br />
This confirmation only provides for the purpose to<br />
release the customer from the fact to check resp.<br />
to let check the electrical switchgear / the electrical<br />
equipment / the electro technical equipment of<br />
the machine or switchgear before the first setting<br />
to work (§ 5 para. 1 <strong>and</strong> 4 of the BGV A3). Other<br />
warranty <strong>and</strong> liability claims to civil law are not<br />
regulated by this confirmation.
