17.2 Industrial activities and storage depots with risks of major accidents (EU

2, column 2 appended to title I of the VLAREM (see also Article 7 of title I

quantities equal to or greater than the amount specified in Appendix 6,
parts 1 and 2, column 3 appended to title I of the VLAREM (see also Article
7 of title I of the VLAREM)

17.3.1 Establishments for the industrial production of very toxic, toxic, extremely
flammable, highly flammable, explosive or environmentally dangerous
substances with an annual capacity of:
1. up to and including 10 tonnes 2 P J

17.3.2 Establishments for the storage of very toxic, toxic and explosive substances
with the exception of those referred to under section 48, with a
storage capacity of:
