Die drei Faktoren
des Barista Codes:
Maße, Materialstärke und Form. Damit Kaffee
seine Individualität entfalten kann, braucht
er ausreichend Raum. Höhe und Durchmesser
ergeben das erforderliche Tassenvolumen.
Von der Größe der Oberfläche hängt es ab,
dass sich eine schöne Crema bildet.
Eine dicke Wand- und Bodenstärke isoliert
und hält warm. Der schmale Tassenrand ist
angenehm beim Trinken. Die ausgestellte
Form ist Designmerkmal und lässt dem Kaffee
ausreichend Entfaltungsraum für Crema,
Aroma und Geschmack.

of the surface area allows the optimal
