owner in 1990. Wewalka employs 600
staff at 2 production sites and generated revenues
of € 55 m in 2007.

producers in Europe and has 2 product segments:
❚ Chilled dough and pastry: fi lo pastry, puff
pastry, short pastry, pizza dough, batter,
combi-packs, seasonal doughs etc.
❚ Fresh baked goods with a short shelf-life.

changes and market demands promptly
and then realise them with our partners.
Our declared aims are to be an international
market leader, have full distribution and to
work closely together with existing and new
partners. We currently deliver to 20 countries
in Europe.
Wewalka is certifi ed to IFS higher level and
BRC, and also produces organic goods.
