Wachauer Gold Apricot Liqueur and Wachauer<br />
Gold Apricot schnapps are protected<br />
designations of origin. These high quality<br />
products can only be produced in the Wachau,<br />
the romantic Danube valley. The familyrun<br />
company has a rich tradition and has<br />
been distilling directly on the Danube in the<br />
original building in Krems-Stein since 1872.<br />
In the 30s, Bailoni became specialised in the<br />
manufacture of Wachauer Gold Apricot Liqueur<br />
and Wachauer Gold Apricot schnapps.<br />
The exceptional quality of Bailoni was also<br />
recognised by the awarding of the Austrian<br />
seal of approval.<br />

Fruit juice liqueur<br />
The apricots are sorted by hand, then automatically<br />
stoned, pressed and processed into<br />
apricot juice, forming the basis for our Wachauer<br />
Gold Apricot Liqueur. The colour and<br />
aroma arise exclusively from our own-made<br />
apricot juice.<br />
Wachauer Gold Apricot schnapps 40% vol.<br />
Fully ripe apricots are stoned, mashed, fermented<br />
and then triple-distilled into Wachauer<br />

Die händisch sortierten Marillen werden automatisch<br />
entkernt, gepresst und zu Marillensaft<br />
verarbeitet, der das Grundprodukt für<br />
unseren Wachauer Gold-Marillenlikör bildet.<br />
Farbe und Aroma stammen ausschließlich<br />
aus selbst gepresstem Marillensaft.<br />
Wachauer Gold-Marillenschnaps 40 % vol<br />
Die vollreifen Marillen werden entsteint, gemaischt,<br />
kontrolliert vergoren und danach<br />
durch dreifache Destillation zu Wachauer<br />
Gold-Marillenschnaps gebrannt. ❚<br />
