Diamant produces about 600 products in 4<br />
different categories: baking ingredients and<br />
pastry products under the “Diamant” brand,<br />
baking ingredients under the premium brand<br />
“Original-Baker” (for rolls etc.).<br />
Fillings in different variations like poppy<br />
seed, nuts, walnuts, and almonds, as well as<br />
a complete <strong>org</strong>anic-range under the “Nimm-<br />
Natur” brand. In addition to the high-level<br />
IFS-Certifi cation, strict controls on all incoming<br />
and outgoing goods are conducted in<br />

Füllen in unterschiedlichsten Variationen<br />
wie Mohn, Nuss, Walnuss und Mandel, sowie<br />
eine vollständige Bio-Range unter der<br />
Marke „Nimm-Natur“. Neben der IFS Zertifi -<br />
zierung mit hohem Niveau werden in unserem<br />
hauseigenen Labor alle Wareneingänge<br />
und -ausgänge strengen Kontrollen<br />
