ENGLISHUSER MANUALMAIN BROOM REPLACEMENTWARNING!It is advisable to wear protective gloves whenreplacing the main broom because there can besharp debris between the bristles.1. Drive the machine on a level ground and engage theparking brake.2. Turn the ignition key (61) to “0” and remove it.3. Remove the left door (13) by turning the fasteners.4. Unscrew and remove the knob (A, Fig. 6).5. Turn the levers (B).6. Remove the broom compartment latch (C) by grabbing itfrom its fold (D).7. Remove the main broom (E, Fig. 7).8. Check that the drive hub (F) is free from dirt or foreignmaterials (cords, rags, etc.) accidentally rolled up.9. The new main broom must be installed with the bristlesrows bent as shown in the figure (G).10. Install the new broom and ensure that the hexagonal mesh(H) fits into the relevant drive hub (F).11. Install the broom compartment latch (C, Fig. 6) by turningthe levers (B) and screwing down the knob (A).12. Close the left door (13) by turning the fasteners.13.
