Students may find these easier tounderstand, but they should be used with caution as they are very much out of date.ArbeitsrechtTeilnahmevoraussetzungen:Kenntnis der beiden ersten Bücher des BGB.Zivil- und ZivilverfahrensrechtInhalt der Veranstaltung:Die Veranstaltung umfasst den Stoff des Pflichtfachs Arbeitsrecht und gehört auch für die Studierenden imBachelorstudiengang Wirtschaftsrecht zum Studienprogramm. Für sie wird am Ende des Semesters eineLeistungskontrollklausur angeboten. Gegenstand der Veranstaltung ist das Recht der Arbeitsverhältnisse, alsoin erster Linie das Arbeitsvertragsrecht. Schwerpunktmäßig geht es um die Regelungsinstrumente, dieBegründung und Beendigung des Arbeitsverhältnisses einschließlich der sich darauf beziehenden Regelungendes Betriebsverfassungsrechts sowie die wesentlichen Vertragspflichten und die Folgen ihrer Verletzung.
