Technical and organisational measures
Transport and storage
• Open transport and any open storage leads to considerable odour emissions and must
be avoided
• Sufficiently dimensioned special vehicles and fine-tuned logistics (information about
slaughtering days and waste amounts) are necessary
• After delivery, the raw material moulds must be closed again
•
The raw material mould must be emptied completely once a day
