The primary residues are subdivided into the following lines: Green line: Lorry cleaning and sheds Red line: Slaughtering and cutting Yellow line: Evisceration and emptying of stomachs, bowels, and rumens The following diagram shows the produced emissions of to the single production areas and their possible treatment and utilisation methods.
