„Meat meal industry“ is a generic term for the utilisation of animal carcasses from agricul-
tural livestock and of slaughtering residues from slaughterhouses and meat production. It
means the disposal of residues from cattle and meat production which are to be utilised in
an environment-friendly manner. The entire range of the activities comprised therein in-
cludes
- delivery
- fetching
- collecting
- conveying and storing
- processing
- utilising.
