Manufacturing order for a stained glass window<br />
You are working as a trainee in a professional glass workshop and a customer has<br />
ordered a stained glass window for the door of his house. The dimension of the<br />
window space in the door is 60 cm x 90 cm. The pattern should look like the on the<br />
following image, and the colours should be ruby, green and transparent glass:<br />
Calculate and plan the procedure to produce the stained glass window and to<br />
install it into the door together with your fellow trainees. Name all the<br />
organisational and technical details you have to be aware of while working.<br />
Please give reasons for the work steps you choose as well as for the technical<br />
methods. Furthermore, put also together a list of possible mistakes in producing a<br />
stained glass window and explain their cause.<br />
