Kohortenstudien-prospektiv
Albert et al. untersuchten ein Kollektiv von 201 Patienten mit
einem medianen Follow-up von 2,8 Jahren auf rektale
Blutungen, urethrale Dysfunktionen und Potenzprobleme nach
MRT-geführter PBT. Eine Subgruppe von 151 Patienten erhielt
PBT als Monotherapie: es wurde mittels Kaplan-Meier-
Schätzung berechnet, dass innerhalb von 4 Jahren nach
Therapiebeginn 8% der Patienten rektale Blutungen haben, die
eine Argon-Plasma-Koagulation erforderlich machte [Albert et
al., 2003].
Henderson et al. untersuchten eine Kollektiv von 216 Patienten
mit mind. 3 monatigem Follow-up nach PBT. 49 Patienten
(23%) erhielten EBRT als Kombinationstherapie, 154 Patienten
(72%) erhielten eine neoadjuvante HT. 12 Patienten (6%)
