Kunstsammlungen<br />
<strong>Chemnitz</strong> e. V.<br />
Der 1992 gegründete Förderverein unterstützt<br />
die Kunstsammlungen <strong>Chemnitz</strong><br />
nicht nur bei ihrer Arbeit, sondern auch<br />
beim Ankauf von Kunstwerken. Mit über<br />
1.000 Mitgliedern ist er der größte Kunstverein<br />
in Sachsen. Eine Mitgliedschaft im<br />
Verein ermöglicht unter anderem einen<br />
freien Eintritt in das Museum, kostenfreie<br />
Führungen durch die Ausstellungen sowie<br />
Kunstexkursionen in ganz Deutschland.<br />

The sponsoring organisation, founded in<br />
1992, does not only support the work <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Municipal Art Collections, but also contributes<br />
to the acquisition <strong>of</strong> works <strong>of</strong> art.<br />
With 1,000 members, it is the largest art<br />
club in Saxony. Club members cannot only<br />
visit the museum for free, but also enjoy<br />
guided tours free <strong>of</strong> charge and take part in<br />
art trips to destinations all over Germany.<br />
