WICLINEAuswahl der Beschläge und ZubehörteileSelection of fittings and accessory partsWichtige Hinweise zum BeschlagImportant indications on fittingsHinweisGewährleistung und OberflächenschutzDer Oberflächenschutz entspricht den Vorgaben der DIN EN 1670.Eine Gewährleistung für die Oberflächenqualität wird dann übernommen,wenn keine aggressiven Stoffe den Beschlag angreifen(z.B. in Molkereien und an der Meeresküste), säurevernetzendeDichtstoffe, Kalk usw. Die Gewährleistung beginnt mit dem Tag, andem der Beschlag eingebaut wird. Im Gewährleistungsfall leisten wirkostenlosen Ersatz der defekten Teile. Weitere Kostenerstattungenunsererseits sind ausgeschlossen.OberflächenbehandlungDie Bandseite und andere sichtbare Beschlagsteile sind silber eloxiertbzw. RAL 9016 beschichtet. Sonderfarben, Sondereloxal oderdie Sonderoberfläche Niro-Design sind ebenfalls ausführbar.Zulässige FlügelgrößenDie im Beschlägeteil angegebenen maximalen Breiten und Höhengelten nur für die Anwendungsbereiche der Grundbeschläge. Durchunterschiedliche Flügelprofile und der angenommenen Wind- undSchlagregenbelastung sowie das zulässige Maximalgewicht werdendiese Flügelgrößen eingeschränkt bzw. durch den Einsatz vonoptional zusätzlichen Beschlagteilen, wie z.B. Mittelverriegelungen,erweitert (siehe Tabellen "Zulässige Flügelgrößen").Die profilabhängigen maximalen Flügelgrößen können durch diebeschlagsabhängigen maximalen Formatgrößen eingeschränktwerden (siehe Tabellen "Zulässige Formatgrößen"). Sondergrößenund erhöhte Flügelgewichte können im Einzelfall mit zusätzlichenBeschlagskomponenten ausgeführt werden. Hierzu ist die Anfragebei WICONA erforderlich.Zulässige FormatgrößenDie in den Diagrammen "Zulässige Formatgrößen" angegebenenmaximalen Flügelgewichte dürfen nicht überschritten werden. Diebeschlagsabhängigen Maximalformate und Zusatzmaßnahmen sindanhand der Diagramme zu ermitteln. Diese Daten sind bei Flügelquerformatenbesonders zu beachten.
