Hereby thewelds of the standing links must face awayfrom the load sheave.Make sure that load chains are installed whichhave been approved by the manufacturer only.In case of non-compliance the warranty will bevoid with immediate effect.Inspection of load brake (Fig. 15)In case of irregularities (e.g. bloomed coolingelement, loosened friction discs) consult themanufacturer immediately.All brake components must be inspected forwear, damage, staining by overheating andfunction. This inspectionincludes the complete disassembly of theunit and the perfect inspection of all components.Non-compliance with this inspection byYale Industrial Products GmbH will render theATEX declaration of conformity nil and void.Inspections and the compliance withthe inspection intervals are theresponsibility of the user.8
