Mit dem Abschluß der Restaurierungsarbeiten auf Schloß Bruneck<br />
<strong>im</strong> Pustertal öffnete <strong>im</strong> Sommer 2011 das fünfte Messner Mountain<br />
Museum zum Thema Bergvölker seine Tore. In diesem Haus behandelt<br />
Reinhold Messner nun auch den letzten Aspekt der Auseinandersetzung<br />
Berg - Mensch; das Erbe der Berge, die Menschen die seit jeher<br />
die Gebirge beleben. Anhand unzähliger Exponaten aus der Alltagskultur<br />
werden die Lebensweisen der wichtigsten Bergkulturen der Welt<br />
aufgezeigt. Durch das Ansprechen von Thematiken die das Alltagsleben<br />
der Bergmenschen durchdringen, wie Natur, Religion, Tradition, Kultur<br />

<strong>Die</strong> Pyramiden sind ein Naturdenkmal aus Moränenschutt. Sie sind frei<br />
zugänglich von Frühjahr bis Herbst und leicht erreichbar: Mit dem Bus<br />
von der Staatsstraße be<strong>im</strong> Vereinshaus in Percha abbiegen (Hinweisschild),<br />
auf breiter Asphaltstraße nach Oberwielenbach und Platten,<br />
vom Parkplatz noch eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß durch den Wald.<br />
M ü h l e n t a l i n C a m p i l l<br />
<strong>Die</strong> Mühlen, zum Teil auch heute noch von den dort ansässigen Bauern<br />
benutzt, stellen ein lebendiges Zeugnis einer althergebrachten Kultur<br />
dar. Der Besichtigungsweg zu den 8 restaurierten Mühlen ist ein romantischer<br />
längs des rauschenden Seres-Baches. Erreichbar sind die Mühlen vom<br />
Zentrum von Campill (Wegmarkierung Nr. 4 folgen) oder ab dem Parkplatz<br />
vor dem Eingang des Naturparks Puez-Geisler.<br />

With the restoration works recently concluded, Bruneck Castle in the<br />
Pustertal Valley opened its doors to the fifth Messner Mountain Museum,<br />
dedicated entirely to the subject of mountain peoples. This is the place<br />
where world-renowned mountaineer Reinhold Messner tells the visitor<br />
about the relationship between people and the mountains in its ult<strong>im</strong>ate<br />
sense: the legacy of people who have lived in the mountains since the<br />
beginning of t<strong>im</strong>e. With the aid of countless objects taken from everyday<br />
life, the museum illustrates what life is like high up above the sea level<br />
within the most <strong>im</strong>portant mountain settlements all over the world.Everyday<br />
issues like nature, religion, traditions, culture and tourism which<br />

The pyramids are a natural monument made of morainal detriturs. They<br />
are easily accessible from spring to autumn. Turn right on the main road<br />
at the club house of Percha (sign), and drive along a broad asphalt road<br />
to Oberwielenbach and Platten. Then walk <strong>for</strong> half an hour through the<br />
wood.<br />
Th e L a ke o f A n t h o l z a n d t h e L a ke o f Pr a g s<br />
They are among the most beautiful mountain lakes in the Alps and are<br />
popular destinations. A picturesque path round the lake invites to a<br />
nice walk.<br />
M i l l va l l ey i n Lo n g i a r ú<br />
The mills are a real-life evidence of traditional culture. The walk to the<br />
km path takes you back in history and leads you from mill to mill along<br />
the Seres stream. Some of the mills are still being used today. Leave at<br />
the centre of Longiarú (follow the path marking no. 4) or at the parking<br />
site near the entrance to the natural park Puez-Geisler.
Klassische Dolomitenrundfahrt zu den Drei Zinnen<br />
Genießen Sie eine unvergessliche Ausflugsfahrt von Bruneck nach<br />
Toblach, durch das Höhlensteintal hinauf zu den Drei Zinnen (gebührenpflichtig),<br />

The collection on exhibit at the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology is<br />
structured chronologically and documents the entire history of South<br />
Tyrol. Set off against the wider historical background, the Iceman along<br />

Afterwards you may stroll around the town or take a ride with the cable<br />
car up to Ritten to the famous earth pyramids and visit the Apiary Museum<br />

1. Gruppenbuchung - Vertragsabschluss<br />
<strong>Die</strong> Buchung erfolgt direkt über das vom Reiseveranstalter ausgewählte Hotel.<br />
Der Vertragsabschluss wird erst verbindlich, wenn von beiden Seiten (Hotelbetrieb<br />
und Reiseveranstalter) eine schriftliche Reservierungsbestätigung (Fax,<br />
E-Mail oder Post) vorliegt. Der Vermittlungsservice des Tourismusverbandes<br />
und der Tourismusvereine hat rein beratenden und unterstützenden Charakter,<br />
er wird provisionsfrei geleistet. Vertragspartner <strong>im</strong> Sinne des Reiserechts sind<br />
ausschließlich der jeweilige Hotelbetrieb und der Reiseveranstalter. Der<br />
Tourismusverband und die Tourismusvereine haften aus diesem Grunde nicht<br />
für Mängel bei der Erbringung der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen durch die<br />
Vertragspartner. Den Vertragspartnern steht es frei, zusätzliche und vom Text<br />
der hier dargestellten Geschäftsbedingungen abweichende Vertragspunkte zu<br />
vereinbaren. Werden solche abweichende Regelungen nicht explizit <strong>im</strong> Vertrag<br />
zwischen den Vertragspartnern genannt, gelten jedoch automatisch die hier<br />
dargelegten Geschäftsbedingungen.<br />
2. Zahlung des Gesamtreisepreises - Anzahlung<br />
28 Tage (4 Wochen) vor Ankunft der Gruppe wird eine Anzahlung in Höhe von<br />
10% des gesamten Übernachtungspreises, gerechnet auf der Grundlage der<br />
angemeldeten Personen, fällig. Der Hotelier ist berechtigt die Leistung zu<br />
verweigern, wenn sich der Reiseveranstalter nach der schriftlich erfolgten<br />
Mahnung unter Setzung einer Nachfrist (Post, E-Mail oder Fax) und unter<br />
Androhung der Leistungsverweigerung weiterhin in Zahlungsverzug befindet. Der<br />
restliche Reisepreis (gerechnet auf die tatsächlich erschienenen Personen) muss<br />
bei Ankunft <strong>im</strong> Hotel durch Überreichung eines bankbestätigten Schecks bzw.<br />
in bar beglichen werden. Der Reiseveranstalter verpflichtet sich zwischen dem<br />
28. und 1. Tag vor Ankunft wöchentlich eine Buchungsübersicht an das Hotel zu<br />
schicken (letztmalig am Tag vor der Ankunft).<br />
3. Rücktritt des Reiseveranstalters vor Reisebeginn (Stornos)<br />
Kündigt der Reiseveranstalter bis 28 Tage vor Reisebeginn den Reisevertrag, so<br />
erfolgt dieser Rücktritt vom Reisevertrag ohne Stornokosten. Erfolgt der Rücktritt<br />
nach dem 28. Tag vor Reisebeginn, so gelten bezüglich Rücktrittsentschädigung<br />
die Best<strong>im</strong>mungen der Internationalen Regelung der Beherbergungsverträge<br />
(Konvention zwischen FVAAV und AIH).<br />
4. Mängelanzeigen - Regressansprüche<br />
Grundlage des Reisevertrages zwischen dem Hotelier und dem Reiseveranstalter<br />
sind die <strong>im</strong> Katalog zum jeweiligen Hotelbetrieb ausgeschriebenen Leistungsstandards,<br />
sofern diese vom Hotelier nicht bereits bei der schriftlichen Angebotsunterbreitung<br />
und <strong>im</strong> Anschluss daran erneut <strong>im</strong> Vertrag zwischen den Leistungspartnern<br />
explizit widerrufen werden. Mängelanzeigen und Abhilfeverlangen müssen<br />
durch einen Beauftragten des Reiseveranstalters während des Aufenthalts<br />
direkt an den Hotelier bzw. seinen Bevollmächtigten gerichtet werden. Wird nicht<br />
für Abhilfe gesorgt, muss vor Abreise die Reklamation in schriftlicher Form <strong>im</strong> Hotel<br />
hinterlegt werden. (<strong>Die</strong> Entsendung einer Kopie des Reklamationsschreibens<br />
an den Tourismusverband wird empfohlen). <strong>Die</strong> Vertragspartner sind verpflichtet,<br />
alle Möglichkeiten einer gütlichen Einigung auszuschöpfen. Ist auch der Reiseveranstalter<br />
Mitglied des RDA, sind die Parteien verpflichtet, vor einer prozessualen<br />
Auseinandersetzung dessen Schiedsgericht anzurufen.<br />
Te r m s a n d c o n d i t i o n s<br />
1. Group bookings – conclusion of a contract<br />
The booking takes place directly at the hotel chosen by the tour operator. The<br />
conclusion of the contract is binding as soon as both partners (hotel and tour<br />
operator) have a written booking confirmation (fax, e-mail or mail). The agency<br />
service of the tourist offices and boards is free of commission and has a merely<br />
advisory and supporting function. The contractual partners in terms of travel law<br />
are exclusively the particular hotel and the tour operator. There<strong>for</strong>e, the tourist<br />
boards and offices can not be hold liable if any contracted services have not<br />
been per<strong>for</strong>med by the contractual partners. It is open to the contracting parties<br />
to agree upon additional and deviating articles of agreement. If such deviating<br />
regulations are not mentioned explicitly in the contract between the contracting<br />
parties, the terms and conditions stated here are automatically valid.<br />
2. Payment of the entire price – advance payment and deposit<br />
28 days (4 weeks) be<strong>for</strong>e the arrival of the group a deposit of 10% of the entire<br />
group price is due to pay. The hotelier can refuse accommodation and service<br />
if the group operator still defaults payments after a written reminder and an<br />
extension of t<strong>im</strong>e (mail, e-mail or fax). The remaining payment (calculated on the<br />
actual number of people) has to be paid at arrival cash or by certified cheque. The<br />
tour operator has to send a weekly booking over view between 28 up to one day<br />
be<strong>for</strong>e arrival (the last overview has to be sent one day be<strong>for</strong>e arrival).<br />
3. Cancellation of the tour operator be<strong>for</strong>e intended arrival<br />
If a tour operator cancels the contract up to 28 days be<strong>for</strong>e the intended arrival,<br />
then there are no cancellation fees to pay. If the cancellation happens with in<br />
the 28 day be<strong>for</strong>e arrival, then the International regulations oft he accommodation<br />
contract regarding the rescission compensation apply (convention between<br />
FVAAV and AIH).<br />
4. Noticeofdefects–recoursecla<strong>im</strong><br />
The service standards described in the catalogue of the particular hotel are the<br />
basis of the travel contract between the hotelier and the tour operator unless<br />
they were explicitely recalled by the hotelier in a written submitted offer and<br />
later again in the contract. Notice of defects and remedy demands have to bead<br />
dressed through an authorized person of the tour operator directly to the hotelier<br />
or his representative during the stay. If no remedy is provided then the complaint<br />
has to be placed at the hotel in written <strong>for</strong>m be <strong>for</strong>e departure. (We recommend<br />
to send a copy of the complaint letter to the tourist board). The contractual partners<br />
are obligated to try all possibilities of an amicable agreement. If the tour<br />
operator is a member of the RDA, the parties are obligated to call their arbitral<br />
tribunal be<strong>for</strong>e a procederal confrontation.<br />
