Funktionen
Zuordnungstabelle
In dem MCU-Modul ist die Zuordnungstabelle
hinterlegt. Gruppensignale wie z. B.
„Lüftung auf“ oder „Wind / Regen“ werden
je nach Inhalt der Tabelle an die
Aktormodule (z. B. Motormodul MM2x8A)
weitergeleitet. So ist die Aufteilung in
Brand- oder Lüftungsabschnitte möglich.
Jedes Gruppenmodul steuert einen oder
mehrere Abschnitte. Die Aktormodule
können diesen Abschnitten frei zugeordnet
werden. Die Abschnitte für RWA-
Auslösung, Lüftung und Wind/Regen
können identisch sein, sich überlappen
oder völlig getrennt voneinander gesteuert
werden. Die Zuordnungstabelle wird mit
der MZ2 Konfigurationssoftware erstellt
und bearbeitet. Zum Betrieb der MZ2
muss eine gültige Tabelle geladen sein.
In der MCU ist die komplette Anlagenkonfiguration
hinterlegt. Wenn mehr oder
weniger Module erkannt werden als in der
Modulkonfigurationen hinterlegt sind,
meldet die Anlage Fehler (siehe auch:
Tabelle Blinkcode und MZ2 Konfigurationssoftware
Beschreibung).
Jedes Modul muss aus seinem
Adressraum eine eindeutige Adresse (z. B.
Adresse 1) erhalten. Es ist zulässig die
gleiche Adresse für verschiedene Module
(z. B. ein Motormodul und ein Netzmodul)
in einer Anlage zu vergeben. Zwei gleiche
Module (z. B. zwei Gruppenmodule)
dürfen jedoch nicht dieselbe Adresse
erhalten.
Colour: Yellow, function: Fault.
The LED lights up when the module is not
initialised, or the processor is not working.
The LED flashes when there is an error.
The flashing rhythm shows the error (see
Table Flashing Codes).
LED “SHE activation”
Colour: Red, function: SHE-activation.
The LED lights up when there is at least
one SHE avtivation (pending).
Bus-Reset Button (see fig.)
If the button is pushed for longer than one
second, the system is initialised again and
the configuration is transferred to the
modules connected.
RJ 45 bushing (see fig.)
The communication line is connected to
this bushing, when the MZ2 is to be
configured or serviced.
The line must be removed for
normal operation. Only use the
original MZ2 communication
line.
Functions
Allocation table
The Allocation Table is stored in the MCUmodule.
Group signals such as
“Ventilation open" or “Wind/Rain" are
passed into the actuator module
dependent on the content of the table (e.g.
motor module MM2x8A). This makes
division into fire or ventilation sections
possible. Each group module controls one
or more sections. The actuator modules
can be allocated to these sections as
required. The sections for SHE activation,
ventilation and wind / rain can be identical,
overlap or be controlled completely
separately from one another. The
allocation table is produced and edited
using the MZ2 configuration software. A
valid table must be loaded for operating
the MZ2.
The complete system configuration is
stored in the MCU. If one or more modules
are recognised as stored in the module
configuration, the system will signal errors
(see also: Table Flashing codes and MZ2
configuration software description).
Each module must be given a clear
address from its address range (e.g.
Address 1). The same address may be
given for different modules (e.g. a motor
module and a power supply unit) in one
system. However two of the same module
(e.g. two group modules) may not have
the same address.
Funktionen Functions
Modulkonfiguration
Das MCU Modul enthält die Modulkonfiguration
jedes in der MZ2 vorhanden
Moduls. Bei einem Neustart wird diese
Konfiguration in die einzelnen Module
übertragen. Die Konfigurationsdaten
werden mit der MZ2 Konfigurationssoftware
erstellt und bearbeitet. Zum Betrieb
der MZ2 muss für jedes angeschlossene
Modul ein Konfigurationsdatensatz
hinterlegt sein.
Überwachung der
Modulstatusmeldungen
Das MCU Modul überwacht die Funktion,
den Status, und die Konfigurationsdaten
der angeschlossenen Module. Diese
werden alle 2 Sekunden abgefragt. Wird
dabei ein Fehler erkannt, so wird dieser
über die konfigurierbaren Melderausgänge
und über die Störungs-LED in den
RWA-Bedienstellen signalisiert (siehe
auch Beschreibung GM Module).
Wartungszähler
Das MCU Modul enthält einen Wartungszähler,
der mit Hilfe der MZ2 Konfigurationssoftware
ausgelesen und zurückgesetzt
werden kann. Ist im geforderten
Zeitraum keine Wartung erfolgt:
- Störungsmeldung auf der MCU.
- Störung kann an GM weitergeleitet
werden.
- Meldeausgang kann gesetzt werden.
Meldeausgänge
Auf dem MCU Modul stehen 3 Meldeausgänge
(K1 bis K3) zur Verfügung.
Jeder Meldeausgang besteht aus einem
Öffner- und einem Schließerkontakt.
Folgende 5 Meldungen können für jeden
Ausgang gewählt werden:
1. RWA Auslösung
Wurde auf einer der RWA-Bedienstelle
die Taste RWA-Auslösung gedrückt, oder
hat ein automatischer Melder ausgelöst,
so wird der Ausgang gesetzt.
2. Sammelstörung
Falls ein beliebiges Modul eine Störung
meldet, so wird dieser Ausgang gesetzt.
3. Betriebsstörung
Falls sich das Modul nicht im normalen
Betriebsmodus befindet, wird dieser
Ausgang gesetzt. Zum Beispiel dann,
wenn die Konfigurationsdaten nicht
vorhanden sind oder die 230 V Netzversorgung
fehlt.
4. Wind / Regen
Hat ein Sensor Wind oder Regen erkannt,
so wird der Ausgang gesetzt.
5. Wartung
Ist der Wartungszähler abgelaufen, also
eine Wartung fällig, so wird der Ausgang
gesetzt.
Entfällt der Meldegrund, so wird auch der
Ausgang wieder zurückgesetzt.
Module configuration
The MCU module contains the module
configuration of each module in the MZ2.
This configuration is transferred into the
individual modules at a new start. The
configuration data is produced and edited
using the MZ2 configuration software. To
operate the MZ2 a configuration data
record must be stored for each module
connected.
Monitoring the module status
reports
The MCU module monitors the function,
the status, and the configuration data for
the modules connected. These are
queried every 2 seconds. If an error is
recognised then this is signalled via the
configurable signal outputs and the fault
LED in the SHE-control panel (see also
description GM Modules).
Maintenance counter
The MCU module contains a maintenance
counter that can be read with the aid of
the MZ2 configuration software and reset.
If no maintenance has been carried out in
the required time period:
- Fault signal on the MCU.
- Fault can be passed onto GM.
- Signal output can be set.
Signal outputs
3 signal outputs (K1 to K3) are available
on the MCU module. Each signal output
consists of an opener and a closer
contact. The following 5 signals can be
selected for each output:
1. SHE activation
If the button SHE activation has been
pressed on a SHE-control panel, or if an
automatic signal has been activated, the
output is set.
2. Collective malfunction
This output is set if any module signals a
fault.
3. Operational disturbance
Should the module not be in normal
operating mode, the output is set. For
example when the configuration data is
not available or the 230 V mains supply is
missing.
4. Wind / Rain
The output is set when a sensor
recognises wind or rain.
5. Maintenance
The output is set when the maintenance
counter has expired, that means
maintenance is due.
If the reason for the signal is no longer
valid, the output is reset.

Funktionen Functions
Betriebszustand „Notbetrieb“
Wenn das MCU Modul von einem
Netzmodul die Fehlermeldung „230 V AC
Versorgung fehlt“ erhält, schaltet die MCU
die gesamte Anlage in den Notbetrieb. Die
Lüftungsfunktionen werden gesperrt, alle
Antriebe werden in die Position „Zu“
gefahren. Die Module gehen in den
Stromsparmodus. Die grüne LED Betrieb
blinkt kurze Impulse. Dieser Fehlermodus
wird nach 30 Sekunden kontinuierlichen
Spannungsausfalls erreicht.
Betriebszustand „RWA-Auslösung“
Die in der Zuordnungstabelle für den
ausgelösten Abschnitt eingetragenen
Aktorgruppen werden in Position „Auf“
gefahren. Alle andern Funktionen z. B. die
Lüftungsfunktionen sind für die entsprechenden
Aktorgruppen gesperrt. Die
weitere Ausprägung dieses Zustandes
hängt von den verwendeten Modulen und
deren Konfiguration ab (siehe auch: MZ2
Konfigurationssoftware). Eine Auslösung
wird gespeichert und nach einer massiven
Störung automatisch wieder hergestellt.
Auslösung aktiv
Bei länger andauernder Störung der
Kommunikation zwischen den Modulen
(im Minutenbereich, und verbunden mit
einer massiven Störung) kann es
theoretisch vorkommen, dass eine RWA-
Auslösung trotz Rücknahme an der RWA-
Bedienstelle erhalten bleibt.
Abhilfe:
- Die Auslösung auf dem GM reseten.
- Nachsehen, ob ein Modul Busfehler
(Fehler „6“) blinkt (Abhilfe, s. Busfehler).
- Den Adressschalter auf 0 stellen, 30
Sek. warten, und dann zurück auf 1
stellen.
- Falls nichts hilft, Modul austauschen.
Blinkcodes Tabelle der MCU
Operating mode "Emergency
operation”
When the MCU module receives the error
message “230 V AG supply missing", the
MCU switches the whole system into
emergency operation. The ventilation
functions are blocked, all drives are
moved into the “Closed" position. The
modules go into power saving mode. The
green LED run flashes in short pulses.
This error mode is reached after 30
seconds of continuous voltage drop.
Operating mode "SHE activation”
The actuator groups entered in the
allocation table for the section activation
are moved into the "Open" position. All
other functions e.g. the ventilation
functions are blocked for relevant actuator
groups. Further characteristics of this
state depend on the modules used and
their configuration (see also: MZ2
Configuration software). Activation is
saved and produced automatically again
after a massive fault.
Activation active
In the event of lasting malfunction
between the modules (in the minute
range, and connected with a massive
fault) theoretically it can happen that a
SHE activation remains in spite of
withdrawal on the SHE-control panel.
Remedial Measures:
- Reset the activation on the GM.
- Check if a module is flashing bus error
(error “6") (remedial measures see Bus
error).
- Set the address switch to 0, wait 30
seconds and then reset to 1 position.
- If nothing helps replace the module.
Prüfung und Wartung der Anlage
notwendig.
Dauerleuchten
Initialisierungsdaten in der MCU fehlen.
Abhilfe:
- Nachsehen, ob die MCU Adresse
stimmt, das Modul muss im PC
Programm eingetragen und konfiguriert
worden sein.
- Auf dem MCU-Modul einen Anlagenreset
auslösen.
- Falls nichts hilft, Modul austauschen.
Gleichmäßiges Blinken
Die MCU arbeitet nicht.
Abhilfe: MCU muss ausgetauscht werden.
Achtung:
Ein sicherer Weiterbetrieb
ist nicht gewährleistet!
Busfehler
Die Kommunikation mit dem MCU Modul
ist gestört.
Abhilfe:
- Prüfen, ob die Adresswahlschalter
der sich im System befindlichen Module
auf den richtigen Adresse stehen.
- Prüfen, ob alle Module richtig auf der
Schiene eingeschnappt sind.
- Prüfen, ob die Busverbinder auf der
Hutschiene in Ordnung sind.
- ca. 5 Minuten abwarten, ob die MCU die
Kommunikation neu initialisiert.
- Falls der Fehler länger als 5 Minuten
anhält, auf dem MCU-Modul einen
Anlagenreset auslösen.
- Löschen der kompletten
Konfigurationsdaten über den
Menüpunkt “Konfiguration in MCU
löschen” (ab Softwareversion 1.00.26).
Nach einigen Sekunden erscheint eine
Fehlermeldung, dies ist normal.
Hinweis:
Falls vorab die
Konfiguration aus der MCU ausgelesen
wurde und Fehler enthält ist diese
unbrauchbar.
Wird diese wieder in eine MCU
übertragen, ist die MCU weiterhin
fehlerhaft.
Es ist unbedingt notwendig, dass eine
neue Konfiguration erstellt wird (hierzu
kann die jetzt leere Anlage als Basis
ausgelesen werden).
- Falls nichts hilft, Modul austauschen.
Error detecting codes
This list contains some typical errors and
describes a suitable procedure for
rectification. Not all possible faults can be
collated automatically, regular inspection
and maintenance of the system is
therefore necessary.
Continuous lights
Initialisation data missing in the MCU.
Remedial measures:
- Check if the MCU address is correct, the
module must have been entered and
configured in the PC Program.
- Activated system reset on the MCUmodule.
- If nothing helps replace the module.
Even flashing
The MCU is not working.
Remedial Measures: MCU must be
replaced.
Warning:
Further safe operation can
no longer be guaranteed!
Bus error
Communication with the MCM module is
disrupted.
Remedial measures:
- Check if the address selector switches
for the modules in the system are on the
correct address.
- Check that all modules are snapped
onto
the rail correctly.
- Check that the bus connector on the top
hat rail is ok.
- Wait for approx. 5 minutes, in case the
MCU initialises the communication
again.
- If the error lasts for longer than 5
minutes, trigger a system reset on the
MCU-module.
- Delete all the configuration data via the
menu item “Delete configuration in
MCU” (from software version 1.00.26).
After some seconds an error message
appears this is normal.
Note:
If the configuration has
first of all been read out of the MCU and
contains errors it is unusable.
If this in turn is transferred to an MCU, the
MCU in turn will be defective.
It is absolutely essential to generate a new
configuration (for this purpose the now
empty system can be read out as a
starting point).
- If nothing helps replace the module.
