This is a general-purpose sock, designed for regular daily wear, cycling and sports, has a basic architecture made from a
smooth weave and materially reinforced toe and heel. In order to laterally strengthen the structure of the sock, a reinforcing
strip runs along both sides of the sock from the underside of the toe to above the heel. The reinforced knit widens around
the ankle and Achilles’ tendon and contributes to the passive safety of this area of the foot. The sole in the area of the arch
has two drop-shaped zones made from a mesh fabric that are placed symmetrically along both sides so that the socks can
be worn either on the right or left foot. These zones ensure the forced ventilation of the sole with each step. The instep, all
the way to the hem of the sock, is covered with a mesh fabric that results in the outstanding ventilation of the foot. The sock
ends in a higher, strong hem with elastic constriction. The socks can be worn when engaged in sports with a greater degree
of physical exertion, and are particularly suitable for cycling.

Universal Socke für den Alltag, Radsport, aber auch andere Sportarten. Der Aufbau besteht aus
einem glatten Gewebe mit verstärkte Spitze und Ferse. Für die seitliche Stabilität der Socke wurden
Streifen von den Zehen bis zur Ferse angebracht. Verstärktes Gewebe im Bereich von Knöchel und
Achillessehne dient zum besseren Schutz. Seitlich der Sohle sind Belüftungsnetze in Tropfenform
so angebracht, dass man die Socke links oder rechts tragen kann. Der Rißt ist bis zum Bündchen
wegen besserer Belüftung mit einem Netzgewebe ausgestattet. Die Socke ist mit einem höheren,
elastischen Bündchen abgeschlossen. Short–Socken eignen sich gut für Sportarten mit höherer phy-
sischer Belastung, z.B. Radsport.
