Sandfeuchte Messsystem SFM
Mittel-
wertsbildung und Filterung sorgen für stabile Werte
Automatisches Erkennen von Materialflussstörungen.
• Kontinuierliche Weitergabe der Messwerte an das
ELBAMATIC Steuerungssystem und Korrektur der Werte in
der laufenden Charge.
Sand Moisture measuring System SFM
Reliable Concrete Quality
by Sand Moisture Measuring System
The surface moisture of the mineral aggregates influences the
water-to-cement ratio and results in a changed consistence and
resistance to pressure.
Both concrete parameters can only be determined after mixing
or before laying on site, using Standard test methods.
This is why ELBA offers an automatic measurement. In combination
with an ELBA control system the water-to-cement ratio
and the weights of the aggregates and the mixing water will be
corrected according to the measured value. The System consists
of measuring probe, compaction unit, evaluation unit, and
Signal line to the batching Computer.
• The measurement is made outside the material stock in the
running material flow to avoid a dependence on the filling
pressure or the placement
• The measurement is made over the entire batching period
to enable the varying distribution of the moisture to be
conside red.
• Measuring principle: Capacitive high-frequency method.
• Measuring probe and evaluation unit in stainless steel
casing.
• Compensation of varying densities of the material flow by a
patented ELBA solution featuring probe and vibrator on an
ozcillatingly mounted plate plus additional compactor in the
probe area.
• Self-cleaning measuring probes.
• High sampling rates of 100 measurements/sec. including
averaging and filtering ensure stable values
automatic recognition of material flow disturbances.
• Continuous transfer of the measured values
to the ELBAMATIC control System and correction of the
values in the running batch.
Technical data of the probe:
Bearing temperature: -25...+65°C
Operational safety: +0,5...+50°C
Degree of protection: P67
Fastening: clamping ring of stainless steel
Installation depth: infinitely variable O..50mm
Conformity: in conformity with EC directive
Consistor CM - Das Messsystem
Das System besteht aus dem Wasserdosiercomputer
Consistor CM und einer Mikrowellen
Feuchtemesssonde als Messwertaufnehmer im
Mischer.
Die Feuchtemessung basiert auf der Mikrowellenabsorption
im Quotientenverfahren. Es wird nicht nur
die Oberfläche des jeweiligen Gemenges auf den
Feuchtegehalt gemessen, sondern eine Eindringtiefe
von mehreren Zentimetern in das Material erzielt.
Hierdurch ist eine bisher relativ häufig aufgetretene
Fehlmischung durch verschmutzte
Sensoroberflächen ausgeschaltet. Es ist nun möglich,
erdfeuchte und plastische Betone im Wechselspiel
herzustellen.
Consistor CL - Das Messsystem
Betonen. Die Menüführung und Eingabe
erfolgt über Touch – Panel 5’’.
Speicherkapazität für 99 Rezepturen, die in bis zu 4
unterschiedlichen Chargengrößen unterteilt werden
können. Die Konsistenzmessung erfolgt über 2, im
Lieferumfang enthaltene, Leitwert –
Feuchtemesssonden die in den Mischer eingebaut
werden.
Die Dosierung der errechneten Zugabwassermenge
erfolgt über das Wasserdosiersystem der
Mischanlage (Bypass Leitung mit Impulszähler).
Consistor CM - The Measuring System
The system consists of the water batching
Computer Consistor CM and a microwave moisture
measuring probe to pick up the measured value in
the mixer
The moisture measurement bases on the absorption
of microwaves by the quotient method.
It does not only measure the moisture content of
the surface of the respective mix, but also
that in a penetration depth of several centimetres,
avoiding mixing errors due to soiled probe
surfaces which, so far, occurred quite often. It is,
now, possible to produce slightly moist and
plasticized concretes alternately.
Consistor CL - The Measuring System
Microprocessor-based measuring and control system
for moisture measuring and water batching, in 19’’
casing, for the production of slightly moist to plastic
concretes. Menu assistance and inputs via 5’’ touch
panel. Storage capacity for 99 mix formulas that may
be divided up into up to 4 different batch sizes. The
consistency is measured by two conductivity
moisture measuring probes which form part of the
delivery and will be integrated in the mixer. Batching
of the calculated additional water quantity by the
water batching system of the mixer system (bypass
line featuring impuls meter).
