is the revolutionary STAINLESS STEEL 316 L fender profile co-extruded with
rigid and shockproof vinyl chloride. thanks to its different PVC finishing and
support bases, meet the unespected requirement of boatbuilding industry.

THE COMPOUND
The materials that compose SPHAERA sum up their own mechanical features:
HARDNESS and ELASTICITY merge into ECONOMY and LIGHTNESS.
LIGHTNESS
SPHAERA is 2,5 times lighter than the corresponding full half-round profile. Every
spared kg over waterline means better perfomance and stability for the boat.
MOUNTING SPEED
SPHAERA does not require pre-pressings on the bends of the hull. The PVC core
avoids bucklings bending the bar directly on the hull. A damaged section can be
easily and quickly replaced.

PVC FENDER PROFILE FOR "BOXED" JUNCTIONS
Anti-shock rigid PVC rub rail with duralene groove. Duralene is a new plastic
material and one of its peculiarity is the extraordinary shock-absorption partially
due to its molecular solidity and above all to its elasticity. Duralene is strongly
replacing aluminium: it’s undeformable, unbreakable, cheaper, lighter and it does
not lose shape on bow and stern bends, even if very sharp. PVC insert must be
warmed up before being mounted, following usual operations.

EVA is the new and exclusive ethylvinylacetate expanded fender. It is soft and
highly shock resistant. Made of closed cell material, it is able to avoid inconvenients
caused by wear and weather conditions. The first to be INDESTRUCTIBLE. It does
not need to be inflated and does not get deformed in case of high temperatures,
it can not be pierced and it does not fade. It is designed for many uses: it can
