Der Ofen ist mit einer

Absaughaube ausgerüstet.
Die Haube ist
so konstruiert, dass in
allen Ofenpositionen
und bei allen Handhabungen
eine vollständige
Erfassung
aller Stäube und Gase
erfolgt und somit laut
Unternehmen jegliche
Umweltbelastung verhindert
wird. Die Zustandsüberwachung
der feuerfesten Zustellung des
Tiegels wird an Hand des Temperaturüberwachungssystems
OCP und einer
Methode zur optischen Erfassung

presents the new continuous furnaces
for rapid heating of forgings of aluminium
and non-ferrous metals with
cycle times of less than two seconds.
Uniform heating – even of different
parts – is ensured by the Jet Heating
system. The extremely short cycle
times are made possible by a customdesigned
unloading system.

Otto Junker Group
New generation of
extrusion presses under
development
On the trade fair Thermprocess,
Otto Junker Group will present
its extensive and sophisticated
equipment line-up. One major exhibit,
shown in conjunction with
other equipment, will be a powerful
medium-frequency furnace
with a capacity of eight tonnes
and a rated power input of 4,500
kW. This furnace system is characterised
by a particularly energysaving
and eco-friendly melting
performance.
The furnace is
equipped with
Otto Junker’s
newly developed
fume extraction
hood.
Designed to
collect all dusts
and gases emitted
regardless
of the furnace
position or
handling process,
these hoods
will prevent
environmental
impact reliably at the source.
