Condmaster ® Pro 3
Condmaster ® Pro 3 is a comprehensive condition monitoring
and predictive maintenance program.
Condmaster ® Pro:
• stores data and evaluates measuring results from all
SPM instruments for periodic bearing condition,
including SPM spectrum, EVAM ® vibration analysis, and
ISO 10816 vibration severity measurements.
• communicates with all SPM data logging instruments.
• controls the CMS System for continuous condition
monitoring.
• handles analogue signals in voltage and current for any
customer defined quantity.
• administers measuring, lubrication, inspection, and
other maintenance routines.
• contains a bearing catalogue and the program
LUBMASTER to simulate bearing life expectancy under
various lubrication conditions.
• has a user defined graphical display of the measuring
point locations with alarm flags and colour coded
condition messages.
Condmaster ® Pro 3 stores basic data on machines and measuring
points, using a customer defined numbering system.
Each measuring point can be set up for shock pulses, vibration
severity, vibration analysis, temperature, two customer
defined measurements, constant or measured machine
speed, a lubrication check plus one other condition check.
The number of measuring points is only limited by hard disk
capacity. Work descriptions can be attached to individual
points, to monitoring routes, and to work orders. The program
produces time based work orders and check lists as
well as alarm lists and graphic displays of measuring results.
Condmaster ® Pro 3 is available for single users and for networks
(Windows compatible). It has functions for data import
and export. The program works under Windows NT,
2000, XP (also 95, 98 and ME for single user PC) and uses
SQL Server 7.0 as data base handler, included on the installation
disks.
The CMS System
Condmaster ® Pro can handle up to 9 CMS Systems, each
consisting of up to 250 measuring units for shock pulse
measurement, analog signals and vibration. These are individually
configured regarding measuring time, measuring
sequence, alarm delays, relay settings, etc.
Leonova
Condmaster ® Pro 3 supports Leonova, a hand-held datalogger
with high resolution, large frequency range vibration
spectrum analysis and the new measuring technique SPM
Spectrum.
Hardware Requirements:
• PC with min. Pentium II, 233 MHz, 64 MB RAM
and 250 MB hard disk
• Windows NT, 2000, XP (95, 98, ME)
• Colour display adapter min. SVGA, 600 x 800 pixels.
Program versions
Condmaster ® Pro is available as a complete program and
also in selective versions, e. g. for hand-held instruments
with and without data logging and vibration analysis, or for
the CMS System only.
