Blutglukoseinstellung <strong>ist</strong> sowohl für den Typ 1 als auch<br />
den Typ 2 Diabetes gut gesichert (Evidenzgrad A) [28, 29].<br />
Die frühzeitige Etablierung einer antihypertensiven<br />
Therapie mit Hemmung des RAS kann bereits ab dem<br />
Stadium der Mikroalbuminurie die Progression der diabetischen<br />
<strong>Nephropathie</strong> verlangsamen und bei bereits<br />
vorliegender Proteinurie und Niereninsuffizienz auch<br />
das Fortschreiten bis hin zur terminalen Niereninsuffizienz<br />
reduzieren [30<strong>–</strong>32]. Bei Typ 2 Diabetes <strong>ist</strong> auch eine<br />
Verhinderung/Verzögerung des Auftretens der Mikroalbuminurie<br />
durch die Therapie möglich. Für die genannten<br />
Empfehlungen gilt ebenso der Evidenzgrad A.<br />
