fully informed the Supervisory Board and was widely available for questioning. After thorough examination
the Supervisory Board concurs with the auditor’s report. No reservations are made. In view of our
approval, the financial statements prepared by the Executive Board for the business year 2009/2010,
ending on 30 June 2010, are accepted as submitted. Pursuant to §172 sentence 1 German Stock Corporation
Act (AktG) the consolidated financial statement is hereby confirmed.
The auditors evaluated the disclosure on related companies and parties and approved them with the
following audit certificate:
„After our dutifull audit and evaluation, we hereby affirm that:
1. all data of the disclosure is true,
2. in all transactions mentioned the payment was not inappropriate,
3. no evidence was found that any circumstances mentioned in the disclosure should be viewed differently
then done by the Executive Board.“
The Supervisory Board assessed the disclosure as well as the auditors‘ report pursuant to its legal duties.
The Supervisory Board concurs with the auditors‘ report. After the final audit by the Suprevisory Board
no objections against the Executive Board’s report can be raised.
The Supervisory Board would like to thank Dr. Neuberger and all his staff for their performance and comittment
during the last business year.
